Initial communication was not very clear, pick up was delayed, but once he opened the car was a smoothtrip.

The car had a flat tyre when I went to pick it up. Omid was quite responsive and did offer a car swap. However the Turo support line is terrible - I was on the phone for more than 2 hours that night. The first person I spoke with was pretty useless and transferred me to another team apparently and the wait was endless. Overall a very bad experience - no reflection on Omid but the app is terrible and I would highly recommend not using it to anyone reading this. Their call centres appear to be understaffed, and staff under trained to deal with any situation where support is required.
