Gas: Please fill the tank at the end of your trip. This car ONLY takes PREMIUM 91 unleaded gas. Please upload the RECEIPT in the app (There are multiple gas stations on 19th Ave near my place, cheapest and also closest station is at 2301 19th Ave, San Francisco CA 94116). Gas is not included with your rental so please bring the vehicle back with a FULL tank of gas (You will receive the car with a full tank as well).
Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return I will charge up to $15 inconvenience fee on top of the missing portion of gas. Please be considerate and return the car with a full tank of gas so the car will be ready for the next guest. thanks!
Tolls: When crossing the Bay Bridge, Golden Gate Bridge, or any others - Just go through the Fastrak lane. You will be billed for the toll at the end of your trip once I get the statement. Please inform us at the end of your trip about ALL toll crossings (Which bridge and how many times crossed) through Turo messages, so Turo won't charge fee in addition to the cost of the toll. Please let us know via Turo Messenger with the tagline "I had X tolls crossings for this trip" so we can take care of these tolls in a efficacious manner!
Tickets: You are responsible for all tickets and/or any citations during your rental AND for 24 hours following the rental period. If you incur a ticket, we will pay off the ticket for you and Turo may charge a fee in addition. You may elect to pay off the ticket on your own as well.
Damage/Accident: Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. I appreciate your honestly and will work with you to solve the problem (I'm very understanding). If there is new damage to the vehicle and you do not inform us by the end of the trip, more sever charges may be incurred.
Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. NO smoking and NO pets please (If you have a beloved pet for your trip, please inform me ahead of time and will see what we can do), If there is unusual staining, smells, damages, etc, Turo may charge a large fee.
Lost items: You are responsible for all items you rent from us during your rental. If you lose an item you rented from us, you would be charged for the item.
