Q: Why rent from us?

Q: Do I have to return the car clean?
A: I recommend adding the "Post-trip cleaning" Extra to return the car worry-free. Otherwise, please be mindful of the renter after you and return the car in the same, clean condition. Dirt, mud, hard to clean floor mats, food, or liquid spills will incur a cleaning fee, per Turo’s policy.
Q: Do I have to refill the gas before returning it?
A: Not if you choose the "Prepaid refuel" Extra. Otherwise, please refill the 91 Premium gas you used and leave the receipt in the glovebox.
Q: Can I drive extra miles?
A: Not if you choose the “Unlimited mileage” Extra. Otherwise, you will be charged for extra mileage at the rate specified for your car.
Q: Can I use FasTrak bridge tolls?
A: Yes, use FasTrak lanes for quicker passage - the toll gates will scan the license plate and charge the toll to our account. We will request reimbursement through the Turo app after the bill arrives, with no markup so you pay what we are charged.
Q: Should I add insurance?
A: Check with your personal auto insurer to see if they will cover your Turo rental. Please note Turo’s policy: “With the exception of the Premier protection plan, which is primary, all other protection plans are supplemental which means they apply only to the amount that the primary guest is obligated to pay out of their own pocket after all sources of insurance available to the primary guest or an approved secondary driver (whether through a credit card, personal automobile, or other policy) have been exhausted and paid.”
Q: Can I pick-up & drop-off the car earlier or later?
A: Please update your reservation to reflect your pickup time as accurately as possible. You may pick up the car one hour before your reservation. If you are returning late, please request an extension in the app. Turo requires this to maintain active insurance coverage. Keeping the vehicle outside of an active rental may result in a penalty charge as well as personal liability for any damage to the vehicle.
Q: Can I smoke? Can I bring pets?
A: Please no smoking or pets. Up to $250 may be charged if the car needs a deep cleansing.
Q: How do I get a 5-star rating?
A: I will always leave a 5-star rating if you return the car in the same condition as pickup, communicated your pickup and return status, refueled before return, and pay for tolls and extra mileage. Please treat the car like your own and be mindful of the renter after you!
