Have a Permit V pass near vehicles primary parking location, about .25 radius of 1201 Ocean Ave. If you don't want to park the car, no problem. Offer a great shuttle service.

I was very pleased with the complete experience. Having booked last minute I wasn't too sure how everything will work but Paul made it very easy. Pickup and drop off was very easy. This was my first renting with Turo but thanks to Paul I'll definitely use this service again.

It was a terrible experience renting from Paul. I reserved the car to be picked up at his address in SF. He contacted me shortly before to say I had to pick up @ Greek Theatre in Berkeley (I live in SF which is why I reserved a car to be picked up there!). I suggested Emeryville as that was not a reasonable ask considering the contract. He told me nope, had to pick up @ Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Because I needed a car, I had to take a $30 lyft ride there! I got there and couldn't reach Paul for over 30 minutes. I waited outside his car with a dog who had just had surgery and can't stand and 5+ bags trying to reach him to no avail. Finally after 30 mins, he responds that I need to go to check in. Are you kidding me?! The whole point of this app is for owner to unlock without needing to be there - he lied and said that must be a different car rental service. Finally, I was off with the car. I had the SAME issue trying to return the car. My contract stated return on Sunday @ 11pm - I tried to reach Paul for hours confirming. I was never able to reach him, and was right on time with the car. We had to drive around SF to find parking for the car overnight, unsure what to do since we couldn't reach Paul. We had to wake up very early just to move the car as well. DO NOT RENT from this guy! It was a nightmare experience!
