Thank you for checking out my Beautiful BMW M4. I absolutely love this car because it performs beyond expectations but is still an everyday car great for groceries or a trip to the mountains. This car outperforms the M2, M5, M6 in a 0-60 (and blows away most other 4+ seater cars), handles as a true ultimate driving machine, all while wrapping you in comfort and technology.
I am excited to rent this car to you because you are
-going to care for the car as if it were you own.
-going to enjoy it how it looks, how it sounds, how it performs, and how it feels as a luxury vehicle.
-going to be a law-abiding citizen as well as follow the guidelines laid here.
-fully understanding that this is my personal car, not some Groupon rental or Hertz upgrade, so you will treat it with pride.
But first, a bit about the car:
-Yas Marina Blue Metallic exterior w/ Black Extended Merino Leather interior (Beautiful)
-Twin Turbo Inline-Six cylinder 3.0L engine (That power! That sound! That fuel economy…!)
-Heated Seats (Great for Tahoe)
-Heated Steering Wheel (Also great for Tahoe)
-Rear Wheel Drive (Not great for snow in Tahoe…)
-Onboard Navigation & Communications System (Actually a useful Nav)
-Harman/Kardon Stereo (Audiophiles approve)
-DVD Player (Why?)
-Head Up Display (Safe and useful with Speed Limit & Nav display)
-Rear View Camera (Don’t hit things)
-Side Camera (Don’t hit things)
-Overhead View & Parking Sensors (Seriously, don’t hit things)
-Blind Spot Detection (To help you not hit things)
-Lane Detection (Not like you’d doze off driving an M4, but don’t drive distracted)
-Collision Detection (Keep a safe distance)
-Adjustable Suspension [Comfort, Sport, Sport+] (Ever read The Princess and the Pea? You won’t have that problem here)
-Adjustable Steering [Comfort, Sport, Sport+] (How responsive do you want the steering to be?)
-Adjustable Dual-Clutch [Comfort, Sport, Sport+] (Do you want the gears to shift like now, or like now now?)
-Cup Holders (Because despite its power, it is also civilized :-)
-Keyless Entry & Start (Because it is a BMW)
-Child Seat Safety Latches (My kids love this car)
-And tons of other things…
So, yes, it is going to be one of the most enjoyable cars you’ll drive. It looks like new and drives the same. But to maintain that enjoyably, please take a moment to read and agree to these guidelines before renting / driving this car.
-Do not eat in the car. If food is found, $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Drinks are fine, but if spilled, $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
-Do not smoke (of any kind) in the car. Smoke smells do not easily come out and will be charged a $500 fee for deep cleaning.
-Do not bring pets in the car. $100 cleaning fee will be charged, but the damage to the leather may end up costing you a lot more.
-Only fill the car with 91+ octane fuel and you must leave all receipts in the car.
This car has a lot of potential to sustain damage.
-It is very low and has big wheels. Curb rash to the wheels will be charged $300 or more depending on how bad it is. Speed bumps and driveways can catch the front and back of the car, so be extra careful. Pot holes as well, as the tires are rather thin. Any sort of body damage will be charged a minimum of $300 or more depending on German Motors Collision estimate but should expect the estimate to be more unfortunately...
-Do not bring this to a race track or attempt to race it at all (streets, parking lots, etc). I want you to enjoy the car, but not destroy it. Please understand that any signs of racing or aggressive driving will incur a $500 fine and reporting to Turo. Aggressive driving = redlining, hard braking, launching, drag racing, drifting, revving cold, etc.
-Please inspect car thoroughly before starting rental and document with pictures uploaded to the app. Do so again after rental. This protects both of us in the event of damage.
Point being, if you are a mature driver who wants to enjoy the car in a respectable manner, you will have a magical experience and we’ll both be happy. Return the car in the condition you received it (with the exception of some joyful miles you added to it).
I have 250+ 5 star reviews since 2013 on Turo and want you to have a 5 star experience as well. If you want to race a car, buy a Groupon and rent a beat up Lambo.
