Gas: Gas will be full at pick-up. Please return the gas full. If you haven't added the prepaid gas from Extras
Missing Gas: If gas is return not full, we will order a valet to refill it at the nearest gas station. A service charge of $15 will be added + to cost of gas.
Toll: Any toll outstanding will be paid via pay by plate. You will see the reimbursement request in a week.
Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment. There are many insurance cards located in the vehicle, please make sure the one you use says TURO on it.
Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. (Or add the prepaid cleaning), which would offset light cleaning charge or adds $30 credit to more severe cleaning like smoking, stain, pet hair. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine. If the vehicle is dirty when you pick it up, please ask us about our Complimentary Carwash! (Subjected to pick up time and car wash operating hours). You can refer to Turo's TOS cleaning policy for charges related to cleaning.
Late Return: We offer a 30 min grace period for late returns. If you believe you will be over 30 min late please extend the trip to avoid costly late fees. This will help you and me stayed insured during that period. If you try and are unable to extend, most likely someone else has booked the car and have blocked off the calendar.
