Our car is in perfect condition and please make sure it stays like this. With Turo, you’re not just getting any old rental car; you’re getting a car that’s part of a personal story. Upon requesting, please let us know some details about your upcoming trip.
Please no pets, no small children. Only the registered driver is allowed to drive. We won't hand off the car to any other driver than on the account. If you wish to have more people drive the car, they need to be added to your trip prior to booking the car.
We don't allow using chains or driving in harsh conditions.
We expect travelers to take care of the car as if it was their own. Car should be returned in the same condition it was received. Whether you’re coming back from a coastal getaway or a month-long road trip, we hope you’ll remember to shake out the sand and any crumbs you may have dropped, as well as rinse it well on the outside so that it's just as tidy as when you first picked it up. If it's not cleaned, depending on the level of dirt, we will request from $30 up to $150 cleaning fee.
Please remember to fuel it up to the same level as when received. If it's not fueled, we will request the reimbursement of fueling costs + $30 fee.
Please arrive at the exact pick-up time. No earlier or later pick-up, as the car might not be ready or no one may be available for hand off. If you wish to return earlier, please let us know in advance.
