We have safe and ample street parking in our neighborhood if you would like to leave your car here for a few days (San Mateo - Parkside). If picking up from San Bruno, there is a possibility to find street parking, but parking is limited as it is in a commercial district. You may swap parking spots with my car as well.

The car is not kept clean. Inside is fine, but you can tell it wasn’t washed on the outside for a while. The front mirror was so dirty, I had to stop and clean it at night, because I couldn’t see properly. There wasn’t any windshield liquid, which meant I had to do it myself. Positives were that the instructions are clear and it’s easy to locate. You can tell however that the car is not being looked after trip after trip.

Jeff was very responsive and helpful, but our reason for the 4 star rating is because the heater did not work and it was quite cold in the morning. It was also somewhat a hassle to find the car when we did our pick-up, as it was located behind the specified lot it was supposed to be at

The car was parked very close up to a fence and hard to get into & very very hard to find. In the very back of some long alleyway. My lyft driver was nice enough to help me find it. BUT THEN it wouldn’t even start. Had to call the owner to figure it out. The button on the gear shift was broken. Caused me lots of anxiety on a trip that was supposed to be fun. Terrible experience for a first timer. I’ll be going back to lyft now.

Renting Jeff’s car went very smoothly. The auto lock/unlock feature enabled you a level of flexibility. I didn’t have to meet him in person while picking or dropping and thus didn’t have to coordinate ourselves. The car itself had a smooth ride. Communications with Jeff was smooth and he responded quickly to all the messages. I would rent from him again and would recommend him to everyone who’s looking for a small car for city driving.
