**Please read these instructions carefully as the location will depend on the time of day and day of the week you are picking up the vehicle.**
If parked at my apartment complex: You may park the vehicle anywhere in the apartment complex with the exception of marked handicapped or covered parking spots. In case you can’t find anywhere to park inside the gate (common during the evening hours), you may park in any of the non-handicapped spots outside the gate near the front office/leasing center.
If parked at Travis Park Plaza Garage: The vehicle will be parked either on the 4th, 5th, or 6th floor of the garage. The vehicle comes equipped with an e-tag sticker that will automatically open the entrance and exit gates, so there is no need to scan a parking pass. The garage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To retrieve the keys, please speak with a garage attendant that you are there to pickup the keys to my vehicle. Show them your Turo app for proof of rental and they will hand you the keys. If you are asked to return the vehicle at this garage, please return the keys to a garage attendant upon parking the vehicle. ** PLEASE MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS PARKED ON THE 4TH, 5TH, OR 6TH FLOOR OF THE GARAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS **
