First and foremost this was my first rental and the experience I had was amazing right from 1st contact to the drop off. Rebecca' car is great is clean and mechanically sound. Very good in gas mileage and very reliable car. It's got Gps built in and sunroof that was really great during sunny days. Rebecca communicates very well and very understanding. It's a very good deal in town and anytime I will have any future trip I will for sure book this car.

This was my first rental with Turo. Waris is the best - he picked me up & dropped me off, was very friendly & patient helping me as it was my 1st rental, responded to messages very quickly, and was very flexible when my plans changed. He even forgave me for a subpar car wash. The vehicle itself is awesome too - clean, drives very well, and really good on gas. I highly recommend renting from Waris & I intend to rent again whenever I have the need.

Easy and exciting drive. The car has no mechanical concerns, which i have to admit was in the back of my mind when doing a non-traditional car rental for the first time ever. Loved driving it during my stay in MN.

Lou is a true professional on Turo. He had pickup and dropoff down to a science, had fast communication to any questions of mine, and the car was exactly as described. For being my first Turo rental, I could not be happier. I highly recommend using Lou for any of your car rental needs.

Our experience with Dominique was really good. He was very punctual and communicated well throughout the trip. Pickup and drop off at the airport was great! He was friendly and very accommodating. We rented his 2006 HHR which was pretty good. The condition was good inside and out, typical for a rental at this age. The only issue was when we first got it the AC didn't blow cold air. We coordinated with Dominique to have the AC repaired even though we were already out of town. That went smoothly and we really appreciated his understanding and flexibility. It was an easy fix for a local repair shop and it worked great after that. Otherwise the car ran great and didn't give us any problems. It has a surprising amount of cargo space and the kids liked it. It served us well for our purposes.

Jesse was very responsive and extremely flexible. My pick up got delayed about an hour and there was no issue getting ahold of him and readjusting the pick up plan! Great, clean car!

Easy pick up and drop off. He was great with communication. I wanted to extend but the car I was booked the next day.. and he made accommodations to get me in another great vehicle he had on Turo.

I fly on Buddy Passes so I never know for certain my flight plans and of course, on this trip, they kept changing because of full flights but Dominque was totally accommodating, despite my constantly changing plans. Car ran like a top and gets good gas mileage. Bonus was that the doors are HUGE which made it super easy for my 94 y.o. mother I was home visiting, to easily get into/out of car! Two thumbs WAY up all the way around! I will rent again! Thanks Dominque!

This is the second time renting with Lou and every time the rental experience was excellent. His cars are clean and well maintained. Tim was incredibly responsive and made it easy for my wife and I to enjoy his beautiful Audi for the weekend. The car was immaculate upon delivery and we had no issues whatsoever. Tim is also a very nice guy and provided tips during our stay. I would definitely rent from him again!

Renting this car will make you want a Tesla so bad. The car is sleek, elegant, and has such power! It’s amazing to feel how fast it just goes when you put your foot down. Everyone should experience a couple of days with a Tesla. Tony was amazing to work with. Showed us the ropes, and explained everything. Allowed me to change pick up and drop off time, and was so flexible and accommodating. My husband left his wallet in the car and Tony immediately went to check, found it, and allowed us to come and grab it. Would recommend this experience to anyone!

We had a great time renting Dustin's Mini. Dustin was very communicative throughout, and made the trip easy for us. The Mini was clean and had a full tank upon pickup, and was a lot of fun to drive. It had plenty of space for the two of us and our luggage. We highly recommend it!

Scott was a great host, very understanding - we were getting back later than expected from our trip, and Scott was willing to work with us to meet later in the day and return the car. Car was great too, lots of space for all our camping gear.

This was my first experience with Turo and Lee made a fabulous one. Not only the car was sparkling clean, it had a holder for my phone with charger for a variety of phones. Lee met me right outside of baggage claim as soon as I walked out. There were no hassles of going to rental agent, wait in line, be pressured to buy extras. On the return, she was waiting for me at the departure area. She helped me with completing things on the app. We communicated before and during the trip when i had questions about the car. I recommend Lee highly and I greatly appreciate the wonderful service I received.

Laurie was extremely easy to work with, genuinely friendly, and drives a very cool car. I loved driving around on this sunny day with the giant sunroof open. This is not the Bug I remember from a few years ago with the cutesy flower vase - this one manages to be an adult car that’s fun to drive while keeping that great retro Beetle vibe. You won’t regret this rental.

What an experience! I’ve been following tesla for a while and test driven many but when you get to drive one for a day it’s so much more amazing than you can imagine! Tony is so nice and super easy to talk to! Not to mention the ease of pick up and return, and flexibility on hours and such! So awesome he’s letting people experience the amazing car he has and helping people understand the world of Tesla!

His Lexus looks brand new obviously well taken care of and boy was it clean on the inside, seriously it's like getting into a brand new leather interior car! He was kind enough to show my the perks of the vehicle and gave me some water for my trip! (Bless your heart for that!) Car rides very smooth and had great gas mileage. I had to return the car a little bit early and Jared was very accommodating. Location for pick up was very easy to get to and appeared to be a safe and welcoming neighborhood. I really enjoyed the opportunity and hospitality offered by Jared. If available I will definitely rent again!

The car was immaculately clean inside and out and apprears to be well maintained. The car handled very nicely on the highway and city streets. The vehicle did not have any dust, dirt or stains on the upholstery or the console area. Nothing was broken or showed signs of wear and tear. It was a pleasure to rent from the owner of this vehicle. Lou was kind, courteous and responded quickly to all of my messages. Overall, I was very impressed with this rental experience and will be renting from him again when I'm in the Minneapolis area.

Great car and service overall. Majid is a very kind and understanding person. I have some issues which caused me to be late at the time of pick up. I called him about it and he was cool about it. Car was just as described, great on gas, didn't have to stop at the gas station in my entire trip (used 296 miles) and only when I returned the car. It was also clean and comfy, easy to drive. First great experience din turo and definetly on my favorites list. Highly recommended!!

The car was a lot better than I expected, sure clean great sound system and amazing on gas.

Lou was great with communication, punctuality and vehicle cleanness although im not a fan of an interior shampooed wash because of the slippery feel but can’t complain on a clean car, with that being said even though this Lexus is nice inside and outside it lacks power maybe because it has its worn out (80K+ miles). Had to shift it into sport mode to get a little pick up power. Maybe its because I drive a Durango at home which is powerful even in Eco mode. I did appreciate the little gas consumption and the Air conditioned seats.
