To provide the best experience for you and future users there are a few user guidelines set in order to keep the vehicles in good shape. -NO SMOKING of any kind in the vehicle -NO VAPING of any kind in the vehicle -NO PETS -NO OFF-ROADING -MUST BRING BACK CLEAN AND SAME CONDITION -NO MUDDING -NO FOOD SMELLS OR STAINS -NO ALCOHOL -NO GRAVEL OR MUDDY ROADS -NO DRIFTING OR SPEEDING -NO EXTREME ACCELERATION -NO BURNOUTS ($500 minimum charge for signs of tire excessive wear) -VEHICLE MUST BE RETURNED ON TIME (Or time must be changed via the Turo application). If unable to change time via the Turo platform, please contact Turo support at 415.965.4525. ***Once trip begins no refunds will be issued for Curbside/Location delivery or trips cut short.*** *Please Note: Vehicle is detailed inside out and beneath. If the vehicle’s UNDERCARRIAGE (underneath the vehicle) shows any signs off-roading or extreme use a minimal $1000 reconditioning and cleaning fee will be added. Tires will be also inspected after each use and tread life. Please return the vehicle in same clean (interior/exterior), vacuumed, and fueled condition it was during the pick-up. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be applied to your rental bill. The vehicle's fuel most be completely full with regular unleaded gas before drop-off. The vehicle can be washed in a touch-less or hand car wash only. If the vehicle is taken to the snow, through dirt roads, sandy areas, or muddy locations the "Post-trip cleaning" fee is required before the trip under "EXTRAS". Additional fees if extremely dirty, smoked in, which includes vaping of any type, perfume, odors, glitter, mud, and traces of pet hair. Thank you for your cooperation.

The standard delivery fee covers either the Sacramento International Airport and locations under 10 miles from "W River Dr, Sacramento, CA 95833". Please contact me if the delivery is further away. Please note once trip begins no refunds will be issued.
  • Can I extend or change the time or add days? What if I'm late?
    Yes, you can extend or change the time via the Turo's "Dashboard" platform. If you're arriving more than 15 minutes late a time change request must be submitted via Turo's "Dashboard". Requests must be submitted before the vehicle's return time 1 day in advanced or as soon as possible in order to accommodate guest who may have booked the vehicle. Please refer to Turo's "Late return policy" https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990710-Late-Return-Policy. Please note: Once trip begins no refunds will be issued for delivery or trips cut short.
  • Does the vehicle come with VIN etching, Next-generation vehicle tracking system, can the car be disabled remotely, and does it have telematics?
    Yes, the vehicle is equipped with a SigFox Next-Generation Tracking System and Telematics which tracks driving behavior, speeding, hard braking, acceleration, disabling technology, and other details. It uses other none traditional signals which prevent signal jammers or disable the tracking signal. The battery, spare tire, and other components have been etched and documented in case of theft and are checked during check in and check out. The tires are also checked for excessive wear and tear. Please do not tamper, disable, or remove devices from the car. Please refer to Turo’s rules around cars with tracking or other technology devices.
  • Can I return the vehicle early?
    Yes, the vehicle can be returned early. However, no refunds will be issued for trips cut short or for Curbside/Location delivery. If the vehicle is going to be returned early, please notify me via text or Turo’s messaging in the application.
