Comfort and excellent fuel economy in this all-in-one 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE car. This car is beautiful and super clean inside and out. The low rental fee coupled with the high mpg (41-45 mpg) makes this car an exceptional value. -Voice Activated Bluetooth phone and Stereo -Dual Zone Climate Control -Power seats, doors and windows -Ford SYNC, USB Smart Chargers -Keyless Entry. Push Button Start -Large Trunk Space, Can accommodate Large Suitcases/Multiple Medium Suit Cases/Multiple Golf Bags and ski's. If you are unsure if your luggage will fit, please contact me and I will let you know if it should fit. Car will be washed, vacuumed, and have a full tank of unleaded gas for each rental. Please refill the car with unleaded gas only. This car has GPS tracking. This car is not AWD and cannot be driven on or in snow.

Guidelines

No Smoking in the car. This includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, Vape, Air Fresheners, etc. Smoke smell will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove the smell. It is important to remember this car is used exclusively for car sharing. Please be considerate of the next guest and keep the car odor free. Glitter will result in a $100 cleaning fee. Food and drink is allowed but stains resulting from food and/or drink will be charged a deep cleaning fee.

  • Is Cleaning Required?
    If you pre-purchase cleaning ($8 extra) then no cleaning is required. This does not cover stains/smoke smell/food left in the car. If you do not pre-purchase cleaning, a cleaning fee of $30 will be required if the vehicle is returned dirtier than when it was picked up..
  • Can I let someone else drive the car?
    Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their drivers license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.
  • Does the car need to be refueled before returning?
    Yes. The car will always be delivered with a full tank of gas. Failure to return the car with a full tank of gas will incur a reimbursement fee of the price for fuel PLUS a $20 service charge. Per Turo's guidelines, it is the travelers responsibility to fill the tank to the same level it was delivered at. If you pre-purchase refilling at the end of the rental time, then no need to fill the tank. The car takes unleaded gas and must be refilled with the same gas. If the tank is returned excessively empty you will be charged for fuel reimbursement.
  • Returning a car late?
    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-415-965-4525 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.
  • Need to pick up the car early?
    Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.

This service is more convenient than renting a car from your traditional rental car company. Very convenient pick up and processing throughout! Would definitely recommend this service to anyone, and Eric was very helpful in this process since it was my first time using Turo
