Mario is an amazing host. I rented the Ford Flex because of the reviews and the rate. It was just two of us going to meet the rest of our family, however, during the trip we were able to fit 6 people comfortably and commute altogether to where we were going. This part was a plus because we all drove separate cars to meet up. Also, this car offers multiple perks such as auto brakes when too close to a car even on cruise control, full auto , seats etc. Mario was very responsive and fast to accommodate. He and his wife are personable and pleasant to work with. Thank you Mario!

Neil was the perfect host, and the Model 3 the perfect transportation for the day of our wedding. And Neil was so kind and accommodating before and after our big day, so much so that there is no one else we’d like to rent from in our now forever wedding anniversary destination. And the car is just so cool (and fast, but we didn’t speed, Neil, don’t worry) and clean and practical, and safe! Autopilot was a wild ride lol. Definitely takes some getting used to. But Neil was there to send us tutorial vids and explain how it all worked. Overall, the best rental car experience we’ve ever had, by far. Well done, sir, well done. And long live Tesla!

Roanoke is small enough that I never had to worry about using a 240 charger. I just plugged in every night on a 120 to reboot. Truda and Amanda were kind and easy to work with. Will definitely rent this Leaf again! Great experience. Such a good feeling not adding pollution to this beautiful Blue Ridge town.

Carl and his wife made this wonderful car on time and on location (drop off and pick up) despite some late changes in our schedule. Car handled like a dream, no problems. Will be contacting them again when I'm next in the Roanoke area.

Neil was great, I booked a trip extremely last minute and even though he was out of town he was still able to have someone meet me to pick up the car within just a few hours. He also checked in a couple of times during the trip to see how things were going, and was very helpful with all the questions I had
