Because previous guest didn’t return the car on time. So that put me in situation, I didn’t have car for present customer. I notified ahead of time so they can arrange another car through Turo.

The car itself was clean, a little banged up, but it smelled of stale cigarette smoke with an air freshener that did nothing to hide the smell. I wouldn’t have rented the car if I had known it was a car that had been smoked in. Maybe I missed that in the description. I set specific times for when I needed the car. Because the trip was approved by Neeraj, I did not think the times would be an issue. I requested the car delivered to the hotel and synced that time with my checkout. I had to wait about 20 minutes before he arrived. The same situation happened during the return process. When I arrived at the airport,!I went to arrivals and gave him a call to figure out exactly where he was. Turns out he was still 15 minutes away. It’s frustrating that is both situations he did not reach out to me ahead of time. I admit this was my first time using Turo, so maybe my expectations were too high?
I suppose to drop the car at the airport but she changed her mind and said I can drop the car at the hotel, which I did to make her happy yes due to have traffic I was 10 minutes late but then according to app I can only drop car at the airport but I did to Make her happy. On the way back to the airport she changed again time but in the app time was different but I did again just to make her happy. According to the photos in the app car was very clean. But my job to satisfied our customers.
