I didn't have a good experience with Ashu because he failed to respond to my messages, phone calls and to reimburse me for the car repairs. Unfortunately the car I rented from Ashu wasn't saved to drive from the get go. All Toyota Prius tires had a very thin tread, were very low on air, with no indicators on the dashboard telling me that the tires are low. All four tires were old and cracked, possible used tires. They also had signs of dry rot. All of the above created an unsafe situation for me and cost me a flat tire. I spent most of my weekend trying to replace a damaged tire and paid almost $80 to replace it. I provided Ashu the repairs receipt, old damaged tire, and pictures as proof of the condition of the tires before the repairs. I know that per company policy no guest will be held responsible for replacing the tire if it is professionally documented that the flat is the result of the poor condition prior the trip. It's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting for a response.
Inconvenient , unclean car, unresponsive
I had to wait for 30 minutes at the airport only to find out that my rental car wasn't anywhere near still.
The car was poorly maintained from the inside, and unfortunately unclean.
Despite my constant communication, and unresponsiveness from the host, pickup as well as drop off was highly inconvenient for me.
