  • Why is the TPMS light always on?
    This Mustang has aftermarket wheels. The non-stock wheels do not have tire pressure monitor sensors on them so the light will always be on.

Celeste made the whole process super smooth and was very understanding when I had to move my return time up 2 hours from my orginal. She was great at answering all my questions about the car and was a joy to talk to and work with you can not go wrong renting from her!

Beware – was not told of all the issues with the car. Then after refusing car because of AC issues and lack of professionalism from the delivery driver, Turo Customer service had to get involved in order to get the Host Celeste to refund the money for the rental and delivery fee. When I talked to Celeste before receiving the vehicle she was extremely nice phone. The gentleman Celeste had delivering the vehicle was pushy, rev-ed the car loudly and drove the car as if it were on a race track in my neighborhood. When the car arrived the gentleman immediately told me the AC wasn’t fully functioning (blowing partially cold- He said it got better when you drove it). I told him I wanted a fully functioning vehicle and nowhere on the cars page did it mention the AC was partially working and Celeste did not me before delivering it when I talked to her (she did mention the decals pealing and such). He was pressuring me to take the car anyway. He said if it was not cool enough I could take to his mechanic. I told him that I was going out of town and I did not want to take it to a mechanic. I told him I didn’t have time to deal with that and I told him nowhere in the agreement does it say I'm responsible for taking the car that needs repair to a mechanic. He said fine- he would go to the parts store to get some Freon and try to charge the AC. When leaving and returning with the vehicle he drove so fast and rev-ed it so loud it was making a scene. After returning from the parts store the vehicles AC was functioning better but was still not fully functioning. I told him I did not want the car because it wasn’t fully functioning and was not ready for a trip to Wilmington. I let him know the whole situation was very unprofessional and I didn’t feel confrontable doing business with him. He argued with me about it, then again rev-ed the engine extremely loud and speed off. I immediately called Celeste to tell her what had happened with her driver. She didn’t answer. I tried her again no answer or a return call. So I called Turo. At that time I found out - The Host Celeste refused to refund my money. Celeste was still going to charge a day rental and delivery fee. After talking with Turo, Turo refunded the fees Celeste would not.
