The Cascade Station is nearby the airport and offers plenty. —-EXTENDING THE TRIP—- You are more than welcome to extend your rental. Please do everything in the Turo app before the trip ends. All you need to do is hit MODIFY THE TRIP CHANGE TIME/DATE. Then I will approve the change. —ABOUT THE SCION— The tC is a sharp little car, offering a compelling blend of standard equipment, style, performance, and reliability.   • How do I shut the sunroof?
    The sunroof occasionally gets stuck! Roll down the the driver side window and manually push down on the front portion of sun roof, while you close the sun roof.
  • How do I lock the car?
    Lock the car before you exit. Make sure you have the key and then shut the door!
  • Why do I have to pay for parking?
    Unless you pay the $40 delivery fee, this is the only work around to ensure that the trip makes financial sense on my end, while still offering low prices.

Severe Issues: - The car had significant issues that were apparent immediately, such as loud screeching brakes, weak brakes (having to press very hard to slow down in a reasonable amount of time), alignment issues (my hand would get tired holding the wheel straight, constantly fighting against it). - Halfway through the trip, the car broke down completely due to a battery and/or alternator issue, leaving my wife who was driving at the time at a safety risk, in freezing temperatures, during the Winter season. - Prior to picking up the car, Amanda stated that due to the icy weather she would be picking up chains for the car before dropping it off for us. But once my wife and I got to the car, we looked everywhere inside for chains and did not see them. Maybe she forgot...and maybe it isn't part of the agreement to provide chains, which would be completely fine if she hadn't made a point to commit to providing chains, but falling short of the promise. While Amanda was excellent at communicating prior to and during the first half of the trip, her communication was nearly non-existent when it mattered the most. After the car was left on the side of the road, Amanda assured me that I would receive a 100% refund on the entire trip. However, as the days went on, I did not hear much from her at all and I was charged for the entire trip through Turo. I reached out numerous times and did not hear back from her. I ended up contacting Turo on my own and was able to get a partial refund on the trip by only paying for the days that I actively possessed a working car. I still haven't heard back from Amanda. Amanda stated she was out of town, busy, and traveling as a reason for her delay in communication. I can understand this due to the Christmas and New Year holiday season...but she made guarantees that she would take care of things and reach out by a certain time and did not hold up to her communication and refund promises. I really dislike having to leave bad reviews and typically would rather leave no review than a bad one...but this experience has been pretty awful, unfortunately.

Had a little hiccup with picking up the car but overall a great experience. Amanda was kind enough to accommodate my request of dropping off the car at the Amtrak station rather than the listed drop off location. Her scion is good on gas and runs well. Would rent again. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda was very prompt with communication and working the pick up/drop off around my flight times. Car is very comfortable and comes with everything to charge and play audio off your device. Overall great experience.
