Patrick was not only one of the most pleasant hosts I've encountered, but one of the most understanding. There was a minor issue with the car (previous renter spilt something on the buttons that engage economy/sport mode). Being a car enthusiast like myself he understood that the maserati exhaust valves are half the appeal! I had no intention of asking for any sort of compensation or accomodation... I rented a car, it was the car I rented... However, he actually took initiate to extend the trip to a MUCH more convenient time for my flight out. I was on the fence of extending already, which he wasn't aware of. However, I was fishing for one entire day and didn't wan't to pay for the car to just sit. His hospitality resolved this issue, and the car was in great condition. Not my first Maserati nor Ghibli that I've rented but it was the nicest one. Also, note that the small issue I had is a simple fix and he had already ordered the new buttons so don't worry about that issue with your rental! I will be frequently FLL area for a new business contract, and Patrick will be my first call. Check out his other cars too! Lockbox pickup simply couldn't get easier, and he has the unlimited free car washes in case you are doing a longer term rental and want to keep the car turning heads. Wish I could give 6 Stars.

The best rental I have ever had with Turo! When I picked up the car, it was VERY clean! Even the tires where so shiny! That’s what impressed me cause most cars you pick up aren’t that clean and detailed! Will definitely be my go to every time I land in Miami!

I was very impressed with the car my original reservation from another host canceled my reservation on the day of my trip I went back on turo and searched for another listing of the same car and i found Serio’s listing. I really prefer the color blue anyway it was a head turner. We drove along ocean drive and people are looking on us. The car was amazing overall. The host was very friendly and accommodating even though we book it late. I would definitely recommend him price is unbeatable.

Matthew was very professional and clear with instructions. When picking up the vehicle there was cosmetic damage not visible in the photos online. As a single working mom with a stereotypical mom-mobile, I've rented a number of far more fun, convertible, fast, fun, luxury vehicles to enjoy my kid-free time (shhhhhhh, don't tell my kids I have fun without them!) and this is the first time, despite the Porsche, the BMW and all the others, that I truly did not want to give the car back. Matthew and his business partner, Patrick, made this such a simple, easy, seamless transaction. The car was in awesome shape and they have the rental of the vehicle down to a science so much so, I thought, I'm buying a fleet and asking these guys to manage it. Super accommodating and highly recommend, they have my business for sure for future rental needs. The car had a sensor light go off and they not only traded out cars but also gave me a free tank of gas for the convenience.

The car is amazing. I’ve driven every Alfa Romeo in the market and this is by far the best. Patrick was really accommodating and easy and communicate with. I wanted to start my trip earlier and Patrick was able to fit me in and even give me a discount for the extra day. The car raised looks everywhere and was really fun to drive. The Porsche Boxster was such a fun car to drive around town!!! Low to ground, pinpoint steering, shifts gears instantly, sounds great in sport mode and it’s a real head turner :) The convertible top deploys/retracts very fast too. Patrick was an absolutely fantastic host. The 4C was definitely the right choice for our trip up the coast. The entire experience was really smooth and hassle free. Pickup and drop off was convenient and very simple. There was a small issue with the car, the check engine light was on, so the DNA selector was disabled. I know that Patrick will handle that before the car goes out again, just simply judging by the hospitality he extended to us during our trip. I would definitely rent from Patrick again, and the 4C is an unforgettable experience. It truly is like a mini Ferrari, the exposed carbon fiber everywhere you look, the red leather, the raw turbo noises behind your head, the exhaust note when you grab the upshift paddle while on the throttle, and it isn't slow either. The car turns heads EVERYWHERE! I had more people ask me "what is it?", give us thumbs up, even one guy recording a cell phone video as we drove by. The seats are definitely snug as well if you're at all above average size/weight, but was fine for our nearly 500 mile trip, we did find ourselves stopping often to stretch out a little bit :-D
