Although the owner response was punctual when I got to the car there were too many things wrong with the car to rent it out to the next driver. The car had multiple scratches on it. It looked lke someone use a key to deliberately damage the car, the hub cap was missin and the car was extremely dirty inside and out. Turo need to do a better job on making the owner responsible for services being up to part before allowing people to rent their cars. Also, owners need to be responsible when previous renter haven't cleaned car. Renter should not be allowed to rent their cars without these services being done. We can blame it on the person who rented the car previously but you have a service charge to them if they don't, so then it makes it the owners responsiblity to have car professionally service. Furthermore, it is courteous when a client send picture about these things renter should provide them with a different car especially when you have other cars to rent. There were no concession made when it was told to owner. I took my granddaughter to a Tiffany Brunch in that dirty car. We were in gowns....IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! This is the second car I had this problem with a turo renter car.
