Such an awesome first experience. It was a last minute rental and everything was super convenient and easy. The car was very clean and nice! I definitely recommend renting from this host if you're looking for a felxible easy rental! Five thumbs up.

I really enjoy it, Christian was really friendly and helpful, the problem we had was not with him but with the system because we had to organize a way to get to the airport after returning the car because taxis, ubers and lyfts don't allow us to get in their cars without child seats. So, I wish there was a way to do something like the regular rentals that allow people to pick up and return cars from the airport so, kids can use child seats from the very beginning of their trips.

Victor was so responsive and so flexible with this trip. He was very flexible about when to pick up and drop off and he rolled with the two changes I had to the rental period. He made the process so much easier!

Was very kind and patient. The car was very clean and rode very smooth. It picks up speed so you have to be sure to watch the speedometer. Lol Overall this was a great Turo experience, I will be renting again.

The trip started off rocky as the previous renters were running late and left the car dirty on the inside. I immediately spoke to Rolando about the condition of the vehicle and told him I would clean it. He assured me he would reimburse me a cleaning fee for the inconvenience and was very flexible when i needed to extend the trip.

First time using Turo and had a great experience with Rolando! Would definitely rent with him again!

Saad was simply amazing! I go to Houston every month for business and I have rented from other people several times before, but I believe I have finally found my “go to” for whenever I am in town. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I arrived, then I had a situation last minute where I had to stay in town for a few more days and he was able to accommodate accordingly. A great host! He really sets the standard for amazing service. I highly recommend him.

I appreciated that this couple worked with me even though my flight was delayed almost 40 minutes. And I was 20 minutes late in picking up the vehicle there wasn’t a problem. The car gets the job done! Great mileage. If you’re looking for luxury, there are plenty of other options on this app. Any millennial with google can figure out the Bluetooth. It can be loud, but I was pleasantly surprised with the guts it had when needed. Rolando is low maintenance, communicative, and flexible.

Jo has such wonderful customer service, understanding, patience & flexibility which made a weekend with Black Panther so awesome. The car was delivered nice, clean & we went thru the walkthrough without any issues, Jo even set up the bluetooth for us. The car, Black Panther is beautiful & such an enjoyable ride. Very easy on gas, it's well maintained so driving was no issue at all & was likeable enough for us to want one for ourselves! Returning went great. With rain in the forecast, we opted to lay for post cleaning & once we verified that addition, nothing else was needed. Thank you for being our first host & making this experience Top Notch all the way. We look forward to doing business with you in the future.
