Renting a vehicle through the TURO App is always cheaper and has a price that people can afford. At car rental companies you will have to pay, in addition to all state fees, insurance fees that can range from $ 10.00 to $ 30.00 per day in case you want to take out full insurance. PICK UP / DROP OFF
Deliveries at Sanford (SFD) and Orlando (MCO) airports will be made upon GARAGE PARK. When you landed, send us a message. After you pick up your luggage, send us another message telling us the terminal (A or B at MCO Airport). We will arrive in a maximum of 15 minutes.

In this mode of pick up / drop off, the customer will have to pay the parking by refund to be requested through the TURO application. There is a toll transponder on the car.
When we left the car for you, we will send you by text message the exact location of the car and where the key will be.

How do Tolls work? There is a toll transponder on the car. Use it by simple taking a FL toll road and take the SunPass/EZ-Pass lanes. The transponder can also be used to enter/exit airport parking lots without tickets.
Simply take take the on tolls roads. You will get a discount from the posted rates and save time especially during peak times. Do NOT bring your own mobile Toll transponder/pay coins/cash as you will be double-charged.
You can use SUNPASS during your entire trip. The amounts will be charged in up to 20 days by requesting a refund by the TURO application.
If you would like to pick up your car early and it is available simply request an earlier pickup time in the app. If you are running late on your return please ensure that you request an extension in the app. Turo requires an active rental to ensure your insurance is valid. Keeping the vehicle outside of an active rental may result in a penalty charge being applied as well as personal liability for any damage to the vehicle.
Please, car needs to be returned clean and without any trash. If the car is returned very dirty, the cleaning fee can reach up to $ 250.00.
Please, no smoking in the car. You can be penalized at up to $ 250.00
Lose the key FOB? Depending on the lost key you can be charged at up to $ 400.00. Example: A new Tesla key may cost more than that.
Rentals are subject to a Florida Sales and Use Tax of 6.5%. Also, there is a "Florida Rental Car Surcharge" of $2 per day. Reimbursements for these will be requested at the end of the rental.
