If you rent from me and something wasn't quite to your satisfaction, PLEASE let me know as quickly as possible so i have the opportunity to make it right. Vehicle will be given to each renter clean and with a Full tank . Please return the vehicle CLEAN and with the exact gas level you received, this car used Gasoline 89 octanes. We deliver our car at the curbside of the arrivals level on the terminal , we don't the deliver the car any other place . For these service we need to have your flight info to check delays or any other problems. For the return we normally use the departure level on the terminal . You need to contact me 20minutes in advance to your return be prepare. All our car are equiped with sunpass (tolls transponder system) it will be charge at the end of your period automatically. 🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎🔎READ THIS,🔍🔍🔍🔍🔍🔍🔍 1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana vapors, pipes and any similar If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle clean ($250). 2)NO PETS PREFERRED! If you are traveling with a pet, i just ask that you keep the vehicle clean and free of all pet hair etc. I ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional cleaning fees. 3) Communication is very important for us we need that you have The Turo App. For all of our bookings, i do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. 4)The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or seats stains there will be a cleaning charge. (30-90$). Thanks and safe trip.....

Since Sila doesn’t want to talk about it, I’ll give 5 stars. And more importantly rating matters more to the host than a renter. This was my second trip with Turo, and it’s an interesting one. My landing was near 12am, and I was glad Sila took my order for such a late flight. It started with Sila didn’t pick me up as promised: he claimed he was sick, and I had to pick up the car at a parking lot he mentioned. Then the miscommunication started. Somehow the shuttle for parking didn’t show up as I followed his confusing instructions. I find the shuttle 40mins later, try to find his Hyundai with keys attached to the car. He forgot to mention the section letter for the lot, with only Row numbers and it was hard to find in such a large parking lot. He finally told me it was section B after my searching in section E. The Key was on a tire. I couldn’t believe Turo allows this. If he was sick, where was the co-host? I did not get to check the car—it was 1am when I got into the driver’s seat. I was supposed to hand in my Driver’s License to the host and check any damage before the trip. But with Sila, I was given no choice but to take his car. Next day, after 26 miles of driving from the airport, the car won’t crank up. I took a car with no meetings and handshakes with the owner. This felt like a setup. The distrust got more intense when I see the car in bright daylight: filthy and dusty interior, dents and scratches on the exterior. I was concerned this could be a trap for some insurance money. I contacted Turo first, and followed their guidelines to deal with it. Then they called Sila. Sila messaged me, a few hours after my last message to confirm returning location, saying it’s the battery that’s dead. I’m no mechanic, so I didn’t have an assessment for the situation. I let Turo to send in a Tow Truck, Mechanic arrived, checked everything and confirmed me the battery was not dead but was low voltage, and that’s why AC, Radio, Powered Window and etc. can still function. He jumped the battery and urged me to keep the car running hours for battery recovery. Sila was of course angry for the tardiness and the “damaged car”. I was only with the car for 16 hrs, lol. Life happens.

Sila and Fabiola went above and beyond to make sure that pick-up and return ran smoothly. My flight was delayed 5 hours! They still accommodated me for pick-up. It was late when I got in and I was so exhausted with a 5 year old, the pick-up was so fast and perfect! They also provided so many options for car seats and booster seats. I’m so grateful for such amazing service, and when I come back to Orlando, I will always use them if they’re still providing this service!
