It is a great car. And Brad communicates with me very frequently and timely. I enjoyed this trip!

Brad constantly provided updates and tips in order for my rental to run smooth. I highly suggest you rent from Brad, as he will guide you through the whole rental process from beginning to end! Plus he will check on you periodically during your travels to make sure everything is running well. I appreciate this rental, and will rent from Brad during my next visit to Orlando.

Eric C.-22 sept. 2019

As the other reviews state, there are many instructions to follow but honestly, it’s common sense stuff. I didn’t have to re-read the instructions too many times to understand what to do. Brad was very helpful when I needed him.

Car itself was clean and drove fine. Communication however is a different story. I have rented cars off of turo before and have never had to go through what I went through with renting a car from Brad. I received quite a few very long and very detailed messages that kept saying the same things. The overlap of communication actually made the process much more confusing than I have ever experienced in the past. I had to get on a shuttle after getting off of a flight and go to an offsite parking lot where I had to pay for the parking. I then had to pay for a car wash and vacuum before returning the car. That's another thing I have never had to do with turo before. I also had to pay an added expense of Florida tax at the end which while Brad made me aware of before I rented the car, I've also never had to do with turo before. Brad has quite a few cars on turo and it almost seems as though he is trying to run it like a car rental company within turo. I should also add that the car had some kind of "club" steering wheel device which I had to take off and put on. I have never used one before but watched the video that Brad included. After I watched the video I stuck the key in the lock and removed the club. The key lock came out of the club. I thought nothing of this as I thought that that is what it was supposed to do. In the end Brad explained to me that it was actually broken. And it wasn't broken when he left the car. While he did not charge me for it, and I appreciate it, I didn't know it was broken and I certainly did not break it all I did was put the key in and unlock it. Overall the process was unnecessary and it took extra time out of my vacation. I hit traffic on the way back and was late returning the car and was not charged. Honestly it is why I gave three stars. If it wasn't for him being so understanding with that I would have given less. I did not want to be contacted almost every day of my vacation with long novel like messages about how to return the vehicle. Again, I travel a lot for work, and have never had to deal with a process like this with turo before. Also, if you look at the price per day for the rental, don't think that that is what you will pay. Between paying for parking, a car wash, and the taxes and tolls at the end you actually pay more then what you think you are paying

Red flags of caution for anyone flying into MCO thinking they are going to get handed a set of keys in a simplified way so you can enjoy your vacation. You’ll get about 15+ emails from beginning to end of the trip with all kinds of over communication and new steps to take even above and beyond what Turo requires. Brad seems to be trying to run a fleet of cars like a rental agency without the conveniences and support you’d find at the rental companies that ensure the customer has a smooth process. I definitely throw up caution to frequent travelers like myself that are simply used to jumping off a plane and using an Uber/Lyft or walking straight to your rental car without any hassle. That isn’t going to happen here! Your not going to be meeting a human and you’re relying on the way the last customer left it. You’re going To be dealing with getting emails and codes while trying to find a parking lot shuttle, getting taken to an offsite parking area, figuring out where to find the car, hassle of using a lock box, taking the “club” off the car, paying for an exit fee to the parking lot,, etc. That’s way to much to get started on your trip. Then returning your car you do the reverse process after getting gas, cleaning the car inside and out, dealing with a lock box, parking tickets, the club, etc. You are bound to mess up somewhere and the entire trip with the crazy number of overkill emails you’ll get from Brad all you can think about is the car. Again, Brad will be thorough in his instructions but the process he’s created to keep his margins low is not user friendly and goes above and beyond the requirements of even Turo. I should have paid more and used the persons car who owns it who was going to meet me at pickup and hand me the keys. That’s probably what Tito’s founder was envisioning when they created the process.
