I was in Orlando for a wedding and decided to give Turo a shot. As a first time user I was skeptical but there is nothing really to lose. Easy to deal with GS Car Rental.

This is my first time using this app, Phu made everything easy and smooth. Great communication and over the top service. When I got into the car there was a bottle of Akaline water. A map of attractions restaurants and family activities. A phone charger for android and Apple phones. I’ll never go back to using airport brand rental cars. Phu made a great first impression on me and my son. Definitely recommend him and hope the next customer can experience what we did. Thank you again!

UNBELIEVABLE car!!! Words cannot describe how extraordinary this c63 amg edition 507 is!! I’ve always heard good things about the c63. When I found this special edition 507 on Turo, I decided to take the opportunity to finally drive one. My first time getting on interstate 4 I hit the gas and the car about broke my neck! The sunglasses on my head ended up flying off my head into the back seat from the crazy acceleration!! The handling is super-car like, yet the car rides like a luxury car. The seats are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. The car just feels good in every way! This was my first time renting a car on Turo. As an avid car enthusiast, I was looking for an exotic sports car to make my trip to Orlando memorable and exciting. I wanted something with over 500 horsepower that would be comfortable to drive all day. After looking at all the cars on Turo, this one was the only car with over 500hp at a reasonably price. The car was spotless inside and out and looked like it has just been waxed when I picked it up. Byron obviously takes a lot of pride in his car. He was very easy to deal with and his communication was excellent. He responded to all my texts right away and truly wanted me to have a fantastic experience with his car. You will NOT REGRET renting this amazing car!!!

It is my first time using Turo, and I must say I was delighted. The day before my flight Robin explained me in detail the steps to get to the car, it was very easy. The day I was leaving, my flight was at dawn, so I asked Robin that I needed to add a few hours to my trip so I can drive myself to the airport at dawn and it was no problem for him. He explained the steps to return the car to the parking lot and that's how it ended. An excellent rental, easy and without problems. Robin's car is in excellent condition and is very fun to drive. If I return to Orlando I would not hesitate to rent it again. Thanks Robin.

We came into Orlando for a Disney trip. Sabine met us very promptly as agreed, and everything was great with her Mercedes CLA...especially the child booster seat availability. Having the toll pass in the car helped tremendously as well. As a Mercedes owner myself, I really enjoyed the car, especially since our other family members decided to rent through the regular rental places and got stuck with a bummer of a vehicle that had it's quirks. Breezy made my first trip an exceptional experience, one that will be hard to beat. Not only was the car sexy and more than I could have asked for, but Breezy was so kind and went above and beyond, even when I experienced self inflicted troubles. She ensured I was comfortable and was so helpful. I would rent a car from her again. Though renting a Tesla was an excellent experience, it was Breezy's disposition and customer care that set this trip experience apart.

By far the best rental experience I've ever had. My flight was delayed nearly 90 minutes and met me at 1AM on Thanksgiving. Next time I come back to Orlando, I'll be sure be renting again from Brianna. I couldn't sleep when I got home from the airport the first night so I just drove around the Stang the whole night :)

Our first turo trip was amazing. Much cheaper and easier that going through the typical rent a car process. Yusef picked up right from the terminal and took us straight to the vehicle which was parked at his office about a 10 min drive from the airport. Car was clean and drove nice. Perfect car for my fiancee and I. If you have kids I might recommend a larger vehicle but for just the 2 of us the sonic was great. Drop off was simple as well. Yusef was running a little behind but ordered us a Uber which dropped us off right at the airport for our flight home. I highly reccomend booking though Yusef as we will be doing so next time we are in the Orlando area. 5 stars!!!

I was able to text Claribar about the details of my trip and the car (2017 Corolla). The car was close to our KOA camp site so it was a convenient pick up and drop off after we finished our trip. The car was very clean when we picked it up and mechanically sound. I recommend paying the full price for TURO insurance because I know from experience that when your hit in a rental car your personal insurance won't cover the additional charges that major car rental companies (AVIS) charge above and beyond damage (loss of use, car depreciation and miscellaneous expenses) which is why I'll always use TURO for all my car rentals. I also recommend that you have lots of quarters to pay for the on and off ramp tolls in Orlando. I had to blow through the first toll because you don't have an option to pay other than exact change or the local Sun Pass. Claribar was a good host. He didn't bother us about the status of his car during our rental and was always pleasant when we ironed out the details about payment, pick up and drop off. This was my first experience with Turo and it couldn’t have been better. I am a nervous traveler by nature so reading all of the reviews about issues with rentals cars steered me toward Turo. Wagner couldn’t have been better, we got in a little early and I communicated that to him and he arrived at the airport earlier than we were scheduled to meet him and was prompt and on time when we dropped the car back off too. Dropped the car off and picked it back up right at the Airport drop off location. Nothing better than not standing in a car rental line and dealing with them trying to up charge you the whole time. Wagner was polite, punctual and couldn’t have been better. Highest of recommendations to not hesitate to use Wagner for your trip. The next time I’m in Orlando I know I certainly will again.

Riki is the best host you can ask for. She gave a great walk thru on all the functions of the car, got up to meet me at 530am at the airport, twice. Her car was so nice i was sad to give it up. I look forward to my next trip to Orlando just so i can rent another Tesla from her. I highly recommend her and her cars to any future renter interested.

Amazing experience! This was only my second rental on Turo, and I didn’t expect it to be more convenient than the rental companies. I initially did it because it was so much cheaper, not to mention that it was a really cool car (and while I expected it to be a stripped down model, it actually had all of the options!). The amazing part was that Gerald picked me up curbside (even though he had to circle around while I waited for my baggage), then took a picture of my license, handed me the keys and walked away. I assumed I would have to drop him off somewhere. Then when I returned the car, he met me curbside right on time, and it was over in 30 seconds. I would use him every time I’m in Orlando (even if it wasn’t cheaper, or a much nicer car!). It’s a first-class way to go!

This is one of the best experiences I had on Turo. Gulomjon was a great host. Very good at communicating and always responded promptly. The Ford Mustang I rent was in great condition and a very fun car to drive. My friend and I were here for a business trip and a little bit of site seeing and the car was perfect for that. At the end of our trip Gulomjon has excellent service and even offered a ride to the airport. If I am ever in Florida again I would rent with Gulomjon highly recommended.

San was an amazing host for my family’s trip to Orlando. He was very understanding, patient, and very flexible with dropping off and picking up at the airport AT NO EXTRA COST! On my way to Orlando, I messaged San upon leaving my layover to let him know our flight was on time. We unexpectedly sat on the tarmac for an hour before take off and I couldn’t message him until we landed in Orlando. He was so understanding and flexible, and polite, I might add. He was curbside at the airport exit doors right as we walked out. We didn’t wait at all! He checked in throughout our trip to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. He was right on time for us to drop the vehicle off and he met us in front of the departure doors of the airport. Very convenient considering we were short on time.
