T is an amazingly thoughtful owner who went out of his way to make my trip as seamless as possible. The Mini was modern, clean and very well appointed with every convenience one expects from a high end rental. I highly recommend both T and his Mini for anyone coming through or living anywhere near Oklahoma City.

Kevin was an absolutely amazing host! He was quick to answer, and extremely friendly. The Maserati itself is probably my the most beautiful car to grace the streets of Oklahoma City. Great car. Just half a tank got us from Oklahoma City, around Dallas for 2 days, to Waco, and then some. Very fuel efficient. Bluetooth connectivity is convenient, as well as USB and aux plug ins. Owner is easy to communicate with for pick up and drop off.

I had always wanted to drive a mini-cooper. It feels very safe, and hugs the road well, although it's a small car. And it gets decent gas mileage for all its sportiness. T was very accommodating of the late-evening return that my travel schedule in Oklahoma City made necessary. Knowing that my friend/the person who helped me with the drop off and I were stopping to buy gas just a couple of blocks down the street from the return location, he even drove to the service station and flagged us down to return my phone charger that I had left in the car in the darkness. Would rent again.

This is a great alternative to traditional car rental. More economical and flexible. I will be doing this again.

This was my first time using TURO, and it was so much more convenient than the hustle and bustle of renting a car from car rental at the airport. My trip was neither business nor leisure...had to get to a funeral. The mark of great customer service is NOT when things go perfectly; but, when the proverbial “shit hits the fan.” Sunday, my Turo car blew a tire! BUT! T was quick to address my issue, got me squared away; AND offered a ride to the airport from his lot for my troubles. T’s partner, Mohammed, met me at the lot (I was way EARLY in order to beat Monday morning OKC traffic), and he was ALREADY there. A quick, efficient and friendly 15 minutes later, he dropped me at the airport with lots of time to spare. Thank you T and Mohammed for making your operation run so smoothly! Process was very easy. TYus was so nice and let me wait for my Uber inside. It’s located at a car dealership so, the car was in good condition. All the pictures I submitted were damages I wanted to document before I took the car into my possession. With past experiences, I wanted to make sure to get early pictures.

Solid, good-running car for a weekend getaway. Enjoyed having a sunroof. Only issue was that the key fob didn’t work as a remote control, so I had to lock & unlock doors manually. Tried replacing the battery, which the owner reimbursed me for, but it still didn’t work.

Was on time for delivery and I was able to drive off with the car within one minute of him getting there. He was very accomodatimg. Would book again if I visit Oklahoma again.

This was my first time using Turo and now I wish that I had tried it a long time ago! It was so much better than renting the old traditional way. Tiffany was awesome... she replied instantly even though it was the middle of the night and she made the entire process effortless. Her rental was immaculate condition. Her Benz would've been a luxury rental had I rented it with one of the big traditional companies costing me a lot more money. I highly recommend Turo and Tiffany to anybody in the okc area needing to rent a car!

Basic transportation at a reasonable price. My vehicle was at the body shop and I wasn’t exactly sure when it was going to be out. Arthur delivered and picked up the rental car at the shop for a modest fee, on time! My car was finished when expected but Arthur was willing to work with me if it was ready early or late, and even offered to extend the rental with another vehicle if this one had been rented. The car I rented wasn’t brand new but was well maintained, no worries. Everything worked as its supposed to, it even had Satellite radio active. Easy, good communication, good price, good service.

Victoria was absolutely wonderful, the car perfect. I had never rented Turo before. I am a confident but admittedly, increasingly shy 35 year old. When I walked up, she was as calm as could be, very good with explaining anything I would need. If every rental is this easy, I will be using turo much more. If you are able, rent from Victoria. So kind. Her car just makes you feel good, and I am used to bmws and such. I am spoiled, but most of my family is in Ford cars and Chevy trucks. A vehicle should make you feel nice. A way to kind of step out of ordinary after work.

I'm not sure which was sexier, the Tesla or Eric, but either way it was a great experience. Even before I picked up the car, Eric was super responsive to all of my questions which was particularly helpful since this was my first experience with Turo. Then when I arrived to pick the car up, he showed me everything that I could ever need to know about the car. Great guy to work with and a great ambassador for Turo. Then there was the car. Everybody knows that Teslas are quick and fun to drive, but as a result that's almost all you ever hear about, whereas my wife's first impression was that the front seats were the most comfortable car seats that she had ever sat in. On top of that, the sound system is truly on an entirely different level, the A/C is a trip, and the Nav is easily the best that I have ever used. There is nothing more to say other than the Model 3 is remarkable and Eric's was fully charged and in pristine condition when I went to pick it up. I would highly recommend anyone with even the faintest interest checking it out.

I needed a car while my car was in the shop. It seemed odd how convenient and easy the whole experience was--all while being cheaper than the other rental companies. TJ was very courteous, and pick-up and return was as quick as simply handing over the keys.
