I'll be waiting about 5-10 minutes away in the Cell Phone Waiting Lot. Once you get your bags, Text me to my Cell Phone (510-717-xxxx) your Door Number and I will bring the car right over to you. However, in some cases, I will not be available to personally deliver the car to you at the Airport. The car may be prepositioned at the airport parking lot and keys will be in the Lock Box. Or, Turo Valet Service may be activated.
Transportation directions from SFO to the Turo Valet lot
Please hail your own ride (Uber, Lyft, taxicab, or other local transportation) from SFO to the Turo Valet lot at 675 El Camino Real, San Bruno, CA 94066*. Turo will reimburse you for your ride up to $20 as long as you show a valid receipt.
Flying out of SFO? All guests who check out at the Turo Valet lot get complimentary transportation to your terminal. Please feel free to contact the Turo Valet lot at (650) 826-9761 if you have any questions.
*Please note: the address is similar to other cities in the area, so be sure that you are navigating to San Bruno, CA.

If you don't want me to deliver the car to you and/or need a place to drop your car, I have plenty of street and off-street (driveway) parking available at my home in Oakland. Available 24/7.
If the car was delivered washed, windexed and vacuumed, please return in like manner. Alternatively, you can avoid spending time at the car wash by Prepaying the Car Wash (see the EXTRAS section) or request me to bill you via Venmo or the Turo app Post-Trip.
Turo Cleaning Policy
We expect hosts to provide guests with a clean car. In turn, guests must return the car in the same condition in which they received it or as close to clean as possible. If a guest does not want to accept a car because they find it to be unacceptably dirty, they should not begin their trip. Instead, they should contact Customer Support so we can help them address the issue. If a host receives a dirty car from a guest, they can charge the guest for cleaning fees in two ways. If the host wishes to charge less than $50 for cleaning, they can use the Reimbursement tool. If the request is more than $50, the host will have to contact Customer Support...(12/2018)
