Overall a great experience! the Volkswagen Jetta was perfect inside and out, smooth ride, very gas efficient and extremely comfortable for the long trip i rented it for. the car was clean when given to me and it had a full tank of gas which was super convenient considering I had a long drive right after picking it up. Most importantly though, Elin was fantastic to my fiancé and I. easy to communicate with, very friendly and great attitude! Was clear and thorough regarding the car and any questions we had!! HIGHLY recommend renting this car from Elin, my fiancé and I definitely will again!

We picked it up at 5:17 basically 10-13 minutes early when the son got home with it. It had rained so we didn't expect the out side to be clean. But the inside wasn't done, the last person hadn't cleaned it. Nikki was very good to us as she was out of town. It got great mpg. So we worked out a deal with her to return it a few hours later then planned. She received it with a full tank. I would rent from Nikki again.
