Guidelines

Safety Drive safely, be courteous, and obey all traffic laws. Remember risky driving puts your safety, and the safety of others on the road, at risk. And while this is a rental car, you are still responsible for any abuse or damage. Have fun, but be safe. Inspection You are required to inspect the car you’re renting before driving away. It’s important that you take this step seriously and not rush through it. Examine the inside as well as the outside of the car. Don’t forget to turn the ignition on and check the dashboard for any warning lights. Feel free to take videos or pictures during the inspection. These can come in handy during damage claims. It’s important to remember that the inspection is primarily for safety purposes. It’s worth your time, and I always appreciate a helpful eye. E-ZPass / Toll Pass Any toll pass equipment provided is solely for your convenience. You may use the EZpass transponder provided, however you are responsible for paying back any Epaid tolls, toll violation fines incurred during the rental period. It's also your responsibility to report any toll violations as soon as possible to avoid fines multiplying. All tolls will be processed for reimbursement with a 25% surcharge. Parking and Parking Tickets Always take notice of your surroundings to find the best parking spot that's safe and secure. Lock the doors, close the windows and place all valuables out of sight — and never leave the area while your vehicle is still running. You are responsible for all parking tickets and all parking violations incurred during the rental period. It's your responsibility to report any parking violations as soon as possible to avoid fines multiplying. Smoking, Beverages, and Food I am committed to providing safe and clean cars to you without exception. Please don't smoke in the car and I recommend to refrain from eating, or drinking (Except for water) in the vehicle at all times. A minimum cleaning Fee of $250 will apply when evidence of smoking or stains is present. At pickup, inspect the car before driving off to ensure it is smoke and stain-free. Airport Pickup & Drop-off - White Glove Valet Service This only applies to guests who request curbside pickup and/or drop off: Pickup- The car will be dropped off at your terminal. Before the start of your trip you will receive a text message with a link. When you have your bags and are ready to go click on the link and enter your terminal details. A notification will be sent to our dispatch and your car will be delivered shortly thereafter by a valet. Drop off- Shortly before your trip ends another text will be sent to you with a link. When you are ready to drop off the car click on the link and enter details about your drop off terminal. A notification will be sent to our dispatch and a valet will come pick up the car. In the event there are interruption to your trip for example flight delays or running late, I will do my best to accommodate your preferred delivery or drop off method. Otherwise, alternative methods will be proposed. I kindly request that you treat such alternative delivery or methods with fair and reasonable consideration. Remember, that schedule changes affect both of us in one way or the other regardless of advance notice. Extra Mileage Guests are responsible for a charge for each additional mile driven over the allotted distance to compensate for longer trips and car depreciation. The cost per mile is currently set at $0.55 per mile. Contact me anytime you have questions or concerns. Registration & Insurance Documents Insurance: You will find proof of insurance papers from turo on the front passenger seat when you get your car. Remember failing to take pics before or after the trip and not filling claims within 24hrs after the trip will default in forfeiting your insurance coverage. Registration: Since this is a rental you will use your reservation contract details as your proof of registration. It’s your responsibility to obtain a hard copy for yourself as I don’t have access to your reservation contract.

The car I reserved ended up being unavailable but John had a back up vehicle ready for me and it was even nicer than the one I paid for! Drop off at airport was a little hectic but that was just bad time and rush hour. Overall very happy with my rental !
