I’ve rented a few cars on Turo now, not for this long term and not a Tesla. Alex was the best case scenario for renting any kind of car on Turo - he went well out of his way on multiple occasions to help me figure the best place to charge and even offered to drive us back home after we dropped the car off. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, there isn’t another car I’ll rent while in Nashville.

I was very lucky to have Kennedy for my rental in Nashville. He met me curbside at the airport, handed me the keys and said have fun. The Benz was tight! I'm not used to driving luxury but the car ran great and was fun to drive! AC worked great in the 95 degree heat. Kennedy was very laid back and friendly too and he was flexible with drop off. You should rent from him if you travel to Nashville!

This was my first time using the Turo app. It was really easy and way cheaper then standard rental car services. I scheduled when I wanted to pick up and return the vehicle, replenished the gas I used, got a minimal coverage insurance option, and bam the car was mine! Super convenient and would definitely use this service again.

Great choice for our first time in Nashville, TN. We went the extra mile and took a drive out to Metropolis, IL to see all the Superman stuff and it was a great round trip. Be aware, limited space in the trunk. Our backpacks did fit which was awesome for the day trips. Overall Great experience renting from Antonio. A++++

I was surprisingly able to book Joe's Pontiac Solstice a day before my trip to Nashville. The Solstice served us well on the 4 days we were in town for. We got lucky and the weather worked out for top-down motoring. Easy pickup & drop-off.

Tyler was super accommodating with meeting me at the airport, very flexible with timing, communication was so fast, and the car is seriously amazing! 10/10 would recommend using Tyler when visiting Nashville! Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze. Very convenient and easy. Communication was exceptional and prompt. Keonna was courteous and pleasant. All of these positives, in and of themselves, are enough to make me confident recommending Keonna and her vehicle to my closest friends and family... and I haven't even mentioned the BEST part. The car is AWESOME. Very clean, sophisticated, powerful, spacious, smooth, responsive; just about everything you would expect out of a high-end BMW can be found in this car. I definitely spent more than a few minutes familiarizing myself with the vehicle before hitting the road; there are a LOT of buttons in this car. Once I felt comfortable with where things were located, how they worked, and had my Bluetooth all set up.. the car drives like a dream. The moment I arrived at my first destination in this beaut, I was Googling like crazy BMW 7 Series for sale near my home. Overall, I LOVED the car. The rental process was seamless and simple. Keonna was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better experience on Turo. Book with tremendous confidence... or don't so that way it will be more likely this car will be available when I return to Nashville. Bottom line, I will absolutely look to book this vehicle again when my travels return me to the area. Guaranteed!

We had our baby with us and disclosed that to the renter, he was super nice about it. I think some folks might not want to rent to someone with a kid but it didn't seem to be an issue. He had thorough instructions for pickup and return, really easy to understand. Loved the car!

I cannot express how amazing this experience was! The car was absolutely spotless, and exceed my every expectation by far. The entire experience was an adventure from start to finish, and I did not want it to end. Daniel, also exceeded any expectations I could have had for a host. I cannot say enough how wonderful he was through the entire process, and even after. He was very thorough and patient while giving me a complete tutorial of the car during pickup. I was a little intimidated by the car, but he made me feel confident and comfortable so that I was able to relax and enjoy the car. He was very approachable, and made himself available for any issues or questions I had throughout my trip. He was sooo flexible, and the drop off was easy and just as stress-free as pick-up. He went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible. There was some soil left on the seats that I was unaware of, and he brought it to my attention, and went out of his way to give me options to resolve the problem, and then offering even more flexibility than I could have honestly expected him to. This entire experience was unforgettable, to say the very least. I am hooked, and will not purchase another vehicle until I can make it a Tesla! Until then, I plan to return to Nashville for another trip with Daniel and his for another amazing experience!

Antonio did a great job of communicating with me before pickup and after drop off. He explained the very minor issues that the car had (slightly squeaky brakes) and made himself available if I had any further questions. He called to make sure drop off went smoothly. The car itself was clean and great on gas! I also appreciated that it was compact. Overall a good experience.
