Convertible car rental alternatives in Monterey Park, CA

This is my second rental from Jerome and I can truly say he is the best of the best on Turo. I rented the Slingshot. It was very clean and full of gas when I picked it up. The car behaved wonderfully, and got looks the entire time I had it. The Slingshot SHOULD be on your bucketlist of cars to drive. I will be renting again from Rome!

The Porsche is an amazing car. Motor’s sound is just gorgeous. I totally recommend it. Jerome was an excellent host, the pick up and return were as easy and smooth as it can be and he was super kind.

This Audi is a stellar car and a fantastic alternative to an M3, with a better interior to boot. The Quattro AWD system is a real piece of work, and will win you most stoplight showdowns, along with giving you excellent confidence in traffic. Raj takes great care of his car and you can tell it’s been excellently maintained. The tires have been replaced since new, and while he could’ve cheaped out and put beaters on it, he stuck with high-performance rubber that is both comfortable and capable in the canyons. Raj was excellent to deal with, communicated well, and was able to work with me when traffic and delayed flights changed my pick up time. YMMV, of course.

Jerome gives you a great vibe all the way from the beginning to the end. Car is in great conditions (like great conditions) and fun to drive. I don’t know if he does this for his rentals but as for my case I picked up the car in FUEL TANK which it made it very convenience for me since I was in a tight schedule

This is the perfect car for a trip to Cali. Decided to escape the LA traffic and took it through some canyons in the Santa Monica Mountains and then drove up to Sequoia National Park the next day (two really fun drives if you have the time). Jerome was very helpful and professional. Will definitely be renting again next time I’m in the city.

Rented the Dodge Challenger Hellcat, simply put it's an absolute monster of a car. Head turner all day. Side note Jerome is a pleasure to Host, very personal making sure your taken care of. Couldn't behappier, will be definitely renting this car again as long as it's available. Dont think twice about booking this car with Jerome you wont regret it.

It was my 1st time using Turo and renting Michael's XB was a great choice for my 1st time not only because the car was clean and running perfectly but because Michael communicated with me frequently, answered any questions I had about using the car and Turo, and also was able to let me extend my rental an extra day. Any other time I need a rental from now on Michael would be my top choice from Turo.

Jordan was my hero for the day. The original Turo vehicle I was set to pick up had left me hanging without a car and didn’t bother communicating with me. Turo was able to contact Jordan and instantly book him for me 2017 Hyundai for me. The car is brand new, communication was great and he made my trip hassle free! Rented the Audi from Nino and was pretty impressed with the vehicle. The car was clean at pick up and Nino is quick to respond. This is my second time renting from the Turo app and so far it’s great.

Michael was super nice and responsive. I took an uber to meet him and he was already there when I arrived. The car was super clean inside and out. Ran great with no problems. Tak was quick to respond and easy to talk to and flexible. I needed a car for daily commute while my car was in the shop. The mini was a blast to drive never thought the small car had much power to drive around town and made my commute in LA traffic with joy. Car was clean and fun to drive . Michael was incredible in customer service and satisfaction! All of it from easy pickup and drop off was attended to so smoothly! Lots of little extras that showed care in the car and for the drivers needs like a phone charging cable and hand sanitizer and tissues. Personally addressed note was left in the car letting me know if I had any questions or needed anything that he would be available. The car was clean, fun and easy to drive! I ended up wanting to extend my trip at the last minute and luckily the car was available and Michael was on the phone with Turo to help me get around some of the technical limitations on the app that were needed to be adjusted to book the extended trip. What a guy! He really cares about creating a great experience for the customer! Grade A host 🙌
