Car is always given to the guest cleaned and washed. Please return the car ON TIME and in the same condition as it was picked up in. If the car is returned and is noticeably dirty on either the inside or outside of the car, Turo adds a $30 cleaning fee to the reservation. Dirtier cars result in higher charges. Don’t worry, we run an honest business.
⚠️GAS⚠️- Car is given to renter with a full tank of gas. Please fill up the tank all the way upon returning the car. If returned with less than a full tank, there is an additional $10 convenience fee, plus the cost of the fuel. Please fill up ALL THE WAY to avoid fees!
The vehicle is equipped with a Sunpass prepaid toll transponder. All toll charges incurred during your trip will be charged by Turo.
Tickets/ Toll Evasions:
If we are sent a bill for a traffic ticket or a toll evasion, Turo adds a $20 convenience fee to the total cost of charges of the ticket.
Cigarette/ Marijuana Smoke:
If ashes or a strong smell of smoke from cigarettes or marijuana is left behind in the car after a rental period, Turo adds up to $250 in intense cleaning fees to the top of a rental.
Late Arrival Fees:
Please return the car on time. Other renters may be waiting on that car. Turo bills in increments of an hour (i.e., if the car is 15 minutes late, the renter is responsible for the first hour's late fee, and not 1/4 of that late fee). In the event of very substantial lateness, additional fines may be assessed. Late fees are $50/hour, up to $200 by Turo. Please read their "Late Return Policy" for more information.
All newer cars on the Turo platform are equipped with GPS Tracking. This is for insurance purposes and will not be used for anything else. Removal of tracker results in us getting a $50 fine that will get passed onto you. Removal of GPS tracking device is strictly prohibited.
