While the car wasn't in perfect condition, it was drive-able, but the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the service from Shmuel and Willy was fantastic. Shmuel was great with communication and flexible in terms of renting earlier, and well, Willy transported us from the airport to the rental place, and when the keys were forgotten at the rental site, he drove that over to where we parked as well. Willy even handed me the phone I left in my seat (dropped it when I was struggling with my baby) and I was so grateful. For a cheap car rental and more of an individual service type of feeling, I'd recommend Shmuel (and Willy). My Spanish is a bit rusty, but... Gracias por todo, Shmuel, y Willy, gracias por escuchando a nuestro bebe cuando estaba llorando y todavia tuviendo una buena actitud!

This R8 is AMAZING! Especially in Miami, you will see lambos everywhere you go but honestly only see a very few R8’s. If you rent this car make sure your ready for some attention and leave 20min early because everyone wants to talk to you. One of my favourite moments of the trip was when I was walking back to the car after dinner on Ocean drive. ( A must see too ) There was a couple taking pics of the R8, I beeped the key fob and unlocked the car and ended up letting the couple sit inside and take a pic. They were so happy! Having this car was the best part of my trip! Highly recommended! Oh and the performance exhaust was music to my ears! : )

I'm not sure where to begin...my flight arrived early and although I reserved a pickup time this company allowed me to modify reservation for an earlier time and the last minute and arrived at airport to pick my family and I up early. I drove around Miami visiting all places I came to see for $20 in 3 days. After my trip was over I modified my reservation early to drop off rental car an hour early to avoid Christmas traffic, when I arrived on Christmas Eve someone was there to meet me and my family to take us back to the airport. Did I mention the rental car was $300 cheaper than the airport rental cars😍. The customer service was amazing. This is my first time renting from Turo and because of this company (in which I wish I could give 10stars), I will rent again....THANK YOU KARINA SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY TRIP STRESSFREE

I rented Jonathan’s Porsche Boxster for a day trip on Thanksgiving. I picked up the car from Jonathan in the middle of Downtown Miami, conveniently located near the large hotels in Brickell. Jonathan was punctual and explained the Porsche very well. It was clean and rode great. I had originally made a very rough estimate of how long I would need to rent the Porsche and it turned out to be a good 2-3 hours less. Jonathan immediate arranged to allow me to drop the car off early. Overall a very pleasant experience!

This is my second experience with turo, I live in Miami so I decided to roll in style, I started looking for luxury cars and Adams car was the most affordable and attractive car.
