We came for Fall classic baseball, the price was well worth it much cheaper than rental cars from airport! Wish I would have known about this service for the last 4 years we have came for baseball!!

We actually miscommunicated our pickup airport and she had no problem coming to get us where we actually landed. She was very punctual and communicative before the trip.... best Turo owner ever.

Just got home after an Arizona visit. Used Turo to rent Liah's Ford Focus and it was a great experience: Excellent communication and availability; straight forward with no 'weird stuff' . . . and just generally a nice person. The car was as advertised including the only negative (after market mufflers) which was revealed from the start. Car was clean, ran great and no problems at all. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Do not hesitate to deal with Liah!

This was a great rental, my work schedule can be rather fluid and Liah worked with me on every change that I had to make. Easy pick up, fast and smooth drop off, and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. I even averaged just under 40 mpg. I would definitely rent room Liah again and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Patrick is definitely the secret sauce in the Turo recipe. The kind that makes you want to come back for more. This was my first Turo experience and true to the previous reviewers, Patrick was thorough with instructions, timely, friendly, and reasonably priced. So much so, Turo should add another "quick button" above for rating the value of the service. I travel several times a year and have been using Costco Travel for my rental for the last several years. My typical experience was to make the reservation far in advance then check back every so often to inevitably find lower & lower rental costs as my travel date got nearer. Well, that didn't work this trip and I found myself looking at a $950+ rental car charge within a couple of weeks of my departure! I tried other rental car avenues but the cheapest I could find through a traditional agency, search engines, and travel sites was $680 for my 2-week stay. That's when I decided to give this Turo thing a try. After viewing several cars and reading the reviews of renters I decided to rent with Patrick. Not only did I have a fabulous experience but I SAVED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! If you're thinking of trying Turo, do it. If you're thinking of trying it in Phoenix, use Patrick.

All I can say is absolutely best, reliable, friendly service I've had in awhile. Renting from Ganon was like dealing with a close friend. I had to extend my rental twice. Ganon help me through the steps and made the process very euroasy. Next time I need a car I'm definitely dealing only Ganon. I strongly recommend anyone else do the same. Thank you Ganon for providing me and my family with such care.
