This was my fifth time using Turo and was our worst experience. The profile for this car says that pickup and return to the airport was "free"; the assumption was that the car would be at the airport or an easily accessible parking garage for convenience. This is not the case. Ashley will either ask you to get an Uber to the cars location (not free) or she will pick you up and bring you to the car (not convenient). Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours (NOT Ashley's fault) due to plane issues, so the trip start time was already set back. Once we arrived in Denver, I let Ashley know. I had already sent flight info the night before the trip. As we were getting to the car pick up and drop-off area, I called Ashley to see where the car was; she again asked if we get an Uber. When I reminded her that she had already agreed that pick up and return was free, she said she would have to come pick us up?! It was an extra 45min-1hr before we were dripped off at the car, delaying our trip even further. Besides her inconvenient pick up, she drove us to the car while working her nanny job and a toddler in the car; she even went to go get the keys for the Lexus while leaving the child in the car with two strangers. After the frustrating and sketchy pickup, I began documenting damage on the car before leaving. The car had obviously not received any attention between renters; the outside was dirty and had bird poop on it and the inside had trash in it. Upon taking pics of the odometer, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System showed the right rear tire was at 19psi. I filled the tire at the nearest gas station to spec, and it seemed fine. Later that evening it had lost 6-8 pounds of pressure. I communicated this to Ashley, and told her I was okay with filling it when needed as it seemed like a slow leak. On the fourth day, however, we came out to the parking lot at our hotel to find the tire completely flat (0 psi). Upon removing the flat tire, a screw was found in a non-contact patch of the tire. I'm a car person, so I was capable of swapping it to the spare. I documented things, and updated Ashley to the situation. I returned the car safely, full of premium full, and washed. Needless to say, this experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Our trip was not as enjoyable due to the car and logistic issues. Be careful renting this vehicle.
