Zac was great at making sure my first time in Wisconsin was perfect - the Toyota Camry drove like a luxury sedan and came with so many bells and whistles that I felt comfortable and empowered to explore Madison, The House on the Rock, and New Glarus, even in torrential downpour and other less than ideal road conditions. Zac was very understanding of my needs and even allowed me to extend my trip for a bit on short notice - all of this despite having his wedding in a few days. I couldn’t give a more positive recommendation!

First Turo rental and it was great ! Car rental was easy and car ran well.

It was all a great experience. The car did what it needed to do but the best part was Cody being flexible and answer all questions I had immediately.

Steven was amazingly flexible with me. Easy to communicate with and he responds quickly. His car was clean; he had some water bottles and a towel in the trunk but that is no issue to me. He was accommodating. Others have commented on the dent on his car... it doesn’t affect the drive in any way. Goodness, I’m renting HIS car because I obviously don’t have one disposable at the moment, I will not complain over something that won’t prevent you from using the vehicle. Steven thank you so much!

This was the easiest and most convenient car rental I've ever experienced. Unlike a traditional car airport rental company experience, where you (wait for and) take the shuttle bus to the rental area, and then (wait for) paperwork and rental check through and then have to pay the on-airport rental fees, with Turo & Cody, you walk out of the airport into the parking area, get in the car and go. MUCH BETTER PROCESS. On top of a better and less expensive process, Cody was quick to respond and really helpful with the couple of questions I had during my rental time. I will definitely use Cody on future trips.

This was a great rental experience; Matt is a superb host. The person who had the car right before we were scheduled to leave on an 11-day trip had an emergency and was late returning the car, and Matt went out of his way to communicate with us, offered us options, and made it possible for us to leave on time. We were first-time Tesla drivers, and he clearly explained everything we needed to know to operate and enjoy the car. The car was fabulous to drive, charging was easy, and the entire experience was wonderful.

I’ve rented sports, luxury and super cars including a Lamborghini using Turo in the last year and this Ford rental was the best experience I’ve had. Cody dropped it off at my air bnb 2 hours early and when I was ready to get in he unlocked it remotely and everything was there. He replies instantly and is very flexible.

It was my first time using Turo so I didnt know what to expect. but Cody set the bar really high. He helped the whole process from the beginning to the end of my trip. When I had any questions, he answered right away. Thank you Cody!

Matthew is an fantastic host who takes the extra time to explain the differences that makes a Tesla such a fun and unique car. His response time is very good if you need to communicate with him. It is clear that he takes care of his car and the people who are using it. He made my first experience with Turo a very pleasant one.

As a surprise for my husband to celebrate our 35th Anniversary, I rented Donna's Tesla for a four-day trip to Chicago. The car was immaculate and fully charged. To say he enjoyed himself is an understatement. He was downright giddy. He experimented with the auto-pilot feature on the freeway and delighted in how easy the self-adjusting cruise control worked in stop-and-go traffic. We had a blast. Donna and her son were super easy to work with and added to the delight of the surprise. Thank you both for helping make our 35th Anniversary especially memorable.

It was a pleasure renting Martin. I had a couple delays starting my trip and Cody accommodated every change. When I got to the airport Martin was there waiting as promised and unlocked (after sending Cody a msg.). Martin was very clean. My favorite was syncing my phone to the system and the navigation. Since this was my first time visiting Wisconsin I also loved the tracking on the car. I didn't anticipate any problems but you never know. I would definitely rent Martin again when I return next year!

Cody was very communicative and made it really easy to pick up the car. I had a long flight to Wisconsin and the car was parked in a perfect spot and I hopped in and left! Overall the car was fun and easy to drive. It’s compact and efficient. I do suggest bringing a portable charger or cigarette lighter charger and an aux cord for music. I didn’t pay attention to the small details and had to stop to pick that up, my fault. The fiesta is small so it’s not really a family car (unless you have little ones). It’s more for one to two people. There’s plenty of trunk space though so don’t be afraid to pack your stuff. It was perfect for me- I was flying in to be in a wedding so I had garments, gifts, luggage, and work stuff. I was not packing lightly :) We had a small car issue the last day of my trip but Cody made himself readily available and helpful. I truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend using one of Cody’s cars again. I gave him 5 stars mostly for his customer service; he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Thanks Cody!

This was my first time to use Turo. I like that this service is available and competes with the big rental agencies. I liked his bright yellow vehicle and mad it so easy to find it in the parking lot. I spent so little on gas. Great car and provider!

Zac was very flexible and made sure to keep the lines of communication open the whole time. He went out of his way to meet at a different return location. Plus the car was the smoothest ride ever! We got soo many compliments asking if we owned the car. I will definitely rent from Zac again!

Russell was great and very flexible with delivery and pick up. This is the best experience on Turo I have had. The Honda Fit is surprisingly fun to drive and way more spacious than I would have imagined. Having Android Auto/Apple Carplay was nice for getting around the city. The backseats have enough legroom for me (6'1") with the driver seat all the way back.

Cody was great and the car was just what we needed. Great gas mileage! Would rent again for sure.

I love Turo. Using someone else's car is more personal. The rates are reasonable. I love the Russell's Yellow Honda Fit. I don't loose it in the parking lot. I love the great gas mileage. It is my go to car whenever I visit this area.

And the car is beautiful, black exterior with tan leather interior is a classy combination. If you haven't driven a Tesla, I highly recommend checking one out, very fun to drive. Went to visit friends and family and everyone was super impressed with Matthews car!
