We're a seasoned Turo owner that ensures each car is well maintained, each renter is happy with their experience, and each trip goes as smoothly as possible to the extent of our abilities. If you have any other questions or concerns, please refer to the following: 1) Pick up and drop off hours are between 6 a.m. and 9:45 p.m. There is no way for you to pick up or drop off the car between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. 2) You can pick up the car from your requested pick up time until 9:45 p.m (e.g. if your pick up time is 11 a.m., you can pick up the car any time from 11 a.m. until 9:45 p.m.). 3) You can drop off the car from 6 a.m. until your requested drop off time (e.g. if your drop off time is 5 p.m., you can drop off the car any time from 6 a.m. until 5 p.m.). 4) If you choose LAX as your pickup and drop-off location, the car will be at the Turo LAX Lot. The Turo LAX Lot is located on the second level of the parking lot behind the Custom Hotel at: 8639 Lincoln Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90045 When you land at LAX, call a regular Uber/Lyft/cab to the Custom Hotel. ​Once you arrive at the Turo LAX Lot, Turo employees will reimburse your regular Uber/Lyft/cab (up to $20) and handle the check in. Turo employees will also call you a complimentary Uber to LAX when you drop off the car. 5) We welcome last minute bookings. We'll try our best to accommodate you if possible. Post-trip cleaning
Return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal.


​Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t text and drive. Don’t smoke in the car. Don’t bring any pets into the car. Don't drive the car out of the Unites States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please take pictures of the vehicle info (license plate and VIN), driver’s license info, and insurance info of all parties involved. Please call Turo to report the accident immediately. Please also inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant info and documents. If you get a parking ticket, pay it asap. If you don't pay it asap, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1) the cost of the ticket, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and $20 per ticket from us for having to deal with your ticket. ​ You can put in the cheapest gas, 87. The allowed miles are listed on Turo. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Please remove all your belongings and all trash before returning the car. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick it up. You will be charged for any gas used but not refilled on Turo. The car will be clean. Please get a car wash that washes the outside and vacuums the inside before returning it. If you pick up the car clean but return it dirty, you will be charged at least a $20 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be higher if there is a scent of any type of smoke. There should be an iPhone cable, an Android cable, and an AUX cable (if applicable) in the car that you can use. Please make sure to leave them when you return the car. Thank you! The car is good for its value. The owner is very good at communication. The only downsize is that it’s not big enough for tall people. My friend sitting in the back seat says she does not have a lot of leg space. But definitely worth the money.

The car was very clean with light cosmetic damage on the rear right bumper. Drove great, the acceleration was a little weird but I adjusted. I've been driving stick for 3 years so the acceleration issue might be on me. Ultragate's communication was stellar, they made it very clear what they expected. The car came with cords for line in, Android and iPhone.
