This was my first time using Turo. I made a reservation right before flying into LA for 3 days. When landed I figured the car was an hour away from where I was staying. There was no way to cancel after an hour and getting a refund. I tried to reason with Sargis and requested to shorten the trip to one day and pay him for inconvenience. He would not be responsive and crept on declining my request. I was forced to pay for all 3 days with out even seeing the car.
