Everyone at professional car rent was nice and polite. They were flexible with return and pickup time. They went out of their way to help. And were helpful with all my needs. The car was clean when I picked up. Everything in the vehicle was working smoothly. The car does consume a lot of gas. But other than that its an awesome ride for LA, with the top of. Excelente to cruise around the city.

THEY SHOULD DROP THE WORD “PROFESSIONAL” FROM THEIR NAME and just go by “car rentals” If I could sum up my experience with them in a word it would “horrible.” If you want details keep reading or otherwise just go rent from someone else. I suppose I should have known from the beginning. When I was first trying to rent a car from them, they were completely unresponsive. So much so that Turo support had to call and email them repeatedly and gave them a 15 minute warning: finally someone got back to us minute 14. And that pretty much sums up my experience from there on out. There were so MANY bad moments it would take a novel. So instead here are the highlights (and everything here is verifiable by Turo directly.) 1) bad customer communication— sometimes I would message them and wouldn’t hear anything for DAYS 2) bad inter-company communication— I would hear from one person then a day later would hear from another person and the second person didn’t know what the first person had said and vice versa. Total shambles. I have pictures of the message chains just in case anyone wants to see. 3) bad service — consistently rude when they did respond and in one particular occasion, the car got a flat tire, I paid for a brand new one myself (not a patch or used tire, a new one) the girl who worked at PCR could not have been ruder or more entitled about it. I didn’t even get a thank you. 4) SHADY— but the worst was when they tried to PRICE GOUGE. I rented this car for a week and half-ish at around 35 dollars a day. I then needed to extend for a week and I got a message saying “hey go ahead and extend your trip” from one of the owners. LUCKILY just before I went to hit the extend button I checked the price — THEY HAD DOUBLED IT. literally double. the moment before I went to extend the number had mysteriously changed to twice the amount. 5) RUDE— but the best part is when I called them out on this they were unconscionably RUDE. Again I have all the pictures of the text message chains if anyone wants to see proof. One star only because the car itself was lovely.
