Parking details

Our location is on top of a shopping center/mall parking structure. You can park inside for $15. We do not control the parking rate.


No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants.


  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?
    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option.
  • Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
    Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Details please see here:”.
  • Do you offer car seats, and any other amenities?
    We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. - Baby Seat - Infant Seat - In-car dual DVD Players - We will try our best to accommodate any requests within Turo's policy.
  • Is there smoking permitted in the car?
    No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
  • Will car come activated with toll pass?
    Car will come equipped with toll pass that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
  • GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
    The GPS is not a built in GPS, GPS are rented separately just as you would do on a baby seat.

Eric was very accommodating to our constant-changing schedule. His Challenger was exactly as advertised and the check-in/check-out process was very quick and easy. Also picked up the car with a full tank which was super convenient.

I would definitely not book this again. If this was my first Turo experience I would never use Turo again. If you’re thinking about renting here please make sure you have at least 3 hours of your trip to get your car. When booking this rental I had no idea it was going to be rented from a company of some sort (I still don’t really know what it was). I was under the impression it was through a private party like I’ve done before on Turo. This caused a lot of confusion that turned into frustration because of lack of communication and at least 2 hours of time wasted on our trip. Which being in LA, you know 2 hours is a lot of time that was taken away from our travels. When we arrived I followed directions, which was to text when we landed and which pillar we were next to. Eric texted me a number and told me to call that number with no directions, just call. So I call the number and a different guy picks up, I could barely hear him because his background noise was so distracting and loud. He said he would be at the pillar to pick us up in 15-20 mins and that he would call me so I knew he was there. So we waited, expecting to see the car we rented to come pick us up and expecting a call. 45 minutes later, a white shuttle bus pulled up and the driver got out and yelled, “Turo!” No one got on and it left. We waited 15 more minutes (now an hour) before I called again but no one answered the number. I called multiple times and couldn’t get through. I was texting Eric and no response either. I was frantically re-reading the description and directions and everything I could to see if I could figure it out myself. Finally my call went through and the guy on the phone told me that he came and no one was there. Eventually I concluded that we were supposed to get on that white van, which would take us to the lot to check out our car. So the guy in the phone said they’ll come around again and it’ll be another 15-20 minutes and that they will call me again when they get here. Finally after waiting another 30 minutes the van shows up and the driver gets out and calls my name this time instead of “Turo.” We get in the van and the driver apologizes for it being so busy and for us being picked up late. There were other customers in the van who also waited a long time. Some more than 2 hours! As he is driving us it becomes apparent why he didn’t pick up my calls earlier, it’s because he’s driving! He’s texting and calling customers as well as calling another shuttle van and writing down names and crossing them off all while driving us to the lot. This driver was the one whose number was given to me and other customers. Everyone was calling him and he was the one trying to get all the customers picked up. He would call the other van to tell them who to pick up. Once we get to the lot Eric basically said it was our fault we didn’t get on the first van when they yelled Turo. Which was totally unfair because they gave us misleading directions on what to look for. I expected to see the car we rented. I expected to get a phone call. I got neither. And I had none of my questions answered. At the very least Eric refunded our pick up fee of $30 (which hasn’t gone through yet, so I hope it’s in the works). If communication would have gone clearly and my safety was a concern, I would have rated them better. They blamed this on high customer volumes that day, but clearly if you knew it was too many customers to handle, then don’t book so many customers at once! Also please hire a dispatch operator so your driver does not have to do it! It would definitely help with the chaos.
