Parking details

Our location is on top of a shopping center/mall parking structure. You can park inside for $15. We do not control the parking rate.

Guidelines

No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants.

  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?
    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.   • Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
    Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy.   • Do you offer car seats, and any other amenities?
    We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. - Baby Seat - Infant Seat - In-car dual DVD Players - We will try our best to accommodate any requests within Turo's policy.
  • Is there smoking permitted in the car?
    No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
  • Will car come activated with toll pass?
    Car will come equipped with toll pass that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
  • GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
    The GPS is not a built in GPS, GPS are rented separately just as you would do on a baby seat.

This was my first time using Turo and it started off a bit rough as my experience wasn't much like as those that were in the reviews I read. As directed I called the number to be be picked up and there was no answer I immediately texted letting them know no one answered I got a call and was told I'd be picked up and they were coming from about 15mins away by a new driver . I wasn't picked up until about an hour later and within that time I was contacted again that a third new driver would be picking us up. I was very confused as the other drivers had no knowledge of the previous driver who was going to be picking us up When finally getting picked up I was called about 1hr 15later by Eric to see if I'd ever been picked up so communication just seemed very off. Total time til I actually picked up car was about an hour and a half which is not what I had expected losing about 2hours of our trip. Based on the reviews the process came across as quick and under and hour if that . After a few text communication became difficult as I wasn't really getting responses Photos provided upon check out weren't as accurate as there were some major scratches and dirty ceilings in car but I was sure to take my own pics. It wasn't until the evening we faced new issues. Condensation accord so when turning on the windshield wipers it left a residue on the window attempted to us the wiper fluid but there was no windshield wiper fluid making visibility very difficult let a alone a hazard fortunately there was gas station near by so we pulled off to clear off the windows which is when we realized the Front left light was out . We didn't get a response regarding the issue until 2 1/2 hrs later . We declined the offer to go back and trade cars as it was already close to 10pm and was an inconvenience and out of our way having to reschedule our plans for the next day we just decided to Uber around the second night to avoid potentially getting pulled over for a front light being out . On the second morning the tire pressure light came on which was very unsettling as would be if any other light would have came on. Itd just seem as if all cars would be fully inspected prior to being loned out as my experience just didn't seem to be an example of that . Some positive things were the car did get us to were we needed to be and easy compact to park . I don't recall the gentlemen's name but I forgot my purse in the shuttle when heading out of LA and he was able to bring it back as he was heading back to the airport to drop off more passengers . That I did appreciate and was very grateful for .
