The car will be delivered fully washed and vacuumed. How will pickup and drop off work? LAX-We use the Turo Valet lot. The car will be ready and waiting for you at the lot before your reservation starts. The lot is staffed with valet attendants who will help check the car in and out for you. The lot itself is located a short ride outside the LAX terminals. The lot is located at the Custom Hotel and is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day. Please request your own ride (Uber, Lyft, taxicab, or other local transportation) from LAX to the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Turo will reimburse you the full amount of your ride up to $20 as long as you provide a valid receipt. Once you have arrived at the Custom Hotel, proceed towards the back of the property to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"; signs marked “Turo” will guide you upstairs to a Valet attendant. Flying out of LAX? Complimentary transportation from the Custom Hotel will be coordinated by a Turo Valet attendant for travelers with a completed Valet reservation. Please feel free to contact the Turo Valet lot near LAX at (310) 227-6998 if you have any questions. Burbank Airport-Please text me your trip itinerary and confirm which terminal we will be meeting at. Once you get off your flight please text me so I know when to meet you (not allowed to stay stopped for very long). We will have a few minutes to do a brief walk around of the car as well as a brief demo of some of the car's features and any questions you may have. Non-airport location-We can bring the car to a location of your choice.

Post-trip cleaning
Don't worry about having to clean the car. We will clean it for you (does not include stains/spills/smoke/excess filth/sand).


-No smoking/vaping -No food in the car -Most pets are ok but please contact me ahead of time -No track days/racing events -91 octane only. Please return with full fuel, or you will be charged. -The front end is very low, lower than most, and will scrape on parking barriers, steep driveways, and dips in pavement. Please be mindful of this when parking in spaces with curbs in front, and when going down driveways. Always take driveways at an angle and very slow. -Always use the parking sensors and backup camera when parking. -Please return it in the condition you received it. If the car is excessively dirty upon return you may be charged a cleaning fee per Turo's terms. -This car is hand washed only. Do not take this car through a drive through car wash with brushes. Self service wash is fine but do not use brushes, only the water pressure/soap. I would rather have a dirty car than a scratched car.


  • Can I return the car early or extend my trip?
    If you want to return the car early please contact me directly and I will arrange a way to get the car at your convenience. If you want to extend a trip, please request it through the app. I will always approve the request if the car is available.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Please contact me before booking if you are planning on transporting a pet. I own a dog that will sometimes ride in this car with me, so I'd feel like a hypocrite not letting people take their pet, however it is conditional and up to my discretion.
  • What do I do if I damaged the car?
    If you damaged the car notify me immediately. If you let me know of damage during your trip I assure you I will do my best to make sure you are charged the minimum. If you do not notify me of damage upon return, I will treat it as an indication of you not wanting to work things out. I will report the damage to Turo and they will assess their fees (if Turo mediates the damage claim they will charge a MINIMUM of $500).

Nick is a patient and wonderful turo renter. My red alfa Romeo turned heads in LA and traffic was a bit nicer I think. Haha, it was a great time!

I picked up the Guilia for a weekend vacation to CA, and it was certainly the right choice, both because of the car and Nick. He's a great guy, definitely reasonably accommodating. Actually he left mints, gum, water, had an iPhone charger cord, and I don't even know what else but if you want a high quality and thoughtful experience, this is the guy and car for you. I'm so glad I went with this choice. Keep it up Nick.
