Justin immediately responded to my request and I was in a bind for needing a car fast since my car broke down. It was delivered to me with a full tank of gas and very clean. The entire process from booking to having the car in my driveway was less then 2 hours. Would definitely go thru Justin again as well recommend him.

Out of the time i was looking for a vehicle, i was only able to find one with justin and i dont regret it. he was realy great and a very friendly person im super satisfied he also has great cars with low milage. Cheap pricing,The cars are new and clean very good operating cars. overall ill be honest i rented with total confidence and with peace of mind. Justin is THE MAN. I made a reservation for a convertible on my birthday weekend, and it was canceled last minute by the host due to damage caused by the previous renter. I had to call turo and frantically find another car, with only 2 hours to spare before my dinner reservation, and plans for the night. Justin came through and dropped what he was doing to hand over the keys to his beautiful 2018 BMW 430i Convertible the was immaculate and drove wonderfully the whole ride. I will definitely be using his services again, and will be recommending him to others. Justin really takes care of his cars and genuinely cares about your experience. He is the guy to go to if you want to have a worry free and pleasant trip.

Andrew and his Tesla Model S was amazing. He made sure to answer any questions I had prior to the rental and at the time of pickup. The Tesla exceeded my expectations and was a blast to drive for the week. When I dropped off Andrew was out of town for work but his wife made sure that everything went well during my rental and also answered questions I had about the car since I am looking to purchase one. Overall great experience, this was my first Turo rental and I would defiantly do it again.

I'll start out by saying that everything with this trip was 5 stars. I rented the car for 48 hours and picked it up at the designated location (large strip mall parking lot). Justin was easily reachable by text and told me he wouldn't be present for the pickup but to text a picture of my license and he'd unlock the car remotely (keys were in the vehicle). He explained how to set up the partition in the trunk, with pictures, so I could easily drive off with the top down. The car performed excellently with no hickups. I was surprised I liked it so much given my previous experiences with camaros (this one had more road friendly suspension and comfortable bucket seats so bumps in the road weren't something to wince at). Justin texted me the second day to confirm my drop off time and to make sure everything was gravy (it was) and I continued with my evening. The next day, I dropped it off where I picked it up, took pictures with the app, and through text, confirmed the drop off. It was that simple. This is a next to new, low-mileage, fun vehicle for a great price and a great owner. If I lived closer, I'd be renting this car all summer.

Honest hands down one of the best rentals I have ever done. Everything was absolutely perfect. No complaints what so ever it was effortless and a joy to use this rental. I will absolutely use this guy again. Wish I could give 10 stars. Awesome, awesome, awesome service.
