The car was great. Good on gas.

This was a great car and a great value for the money spent. I was traveling quite a distance and I had a smooth ride and got great gas mileage the entire way. I was disappointed that the heat did not work properly in that it was not directed to feet or defrost despite choosing the desired direction on the dash, but I took this up with the host and they were apologetic. The host was easy to communicate with and was helpful and quick with responses. It would have been great if they offered an airport pick up or drop off service!

I’m not the one to write a bad review, but I just had to because I’ve never been treated this way before especially renting from David. It’s not my first time, I always rent from him because I loved the convenience and my experiences has always been amazing from the guys, but recently I rented a car with them and it turns out they have a lady named Susan working for them right now, who from the reviews I have seen, customers says she’s nice, but she wasn’t to me. I feel like I was treated like a criminal because I couldn’t return the car on the day I was supposed to even calling and texting her in order to help me extend my trip, she tried to call Turo to help me do that, Turo couldn’t really help extend it even when they said I could on the app, but it was showing that My trip has ended, I tried calling so many times and was left on hold for so many times, with no one to help, at the same time I was getting emails from Turo telling me if I don’t return the car they report me to authority, because Susan already told them I do not want to return the car even after texting her so many times and she barely replies, the most annoying part was even when I rented the car, I didn’t get the car I wanted on the day I rented it. I had to wait till the next day and got a car by the end of the day after missing so many appointments. I know this review was so long, but I had to let it out. I was treated like a criminal and I didn’t like it.
