The Ruff Rentals LLC company made the car rental for our trip a breeze!!! Bill was super helpful, considerate and punctual! Anytime we wrote a message inquiring about the car, he responded in less than two minutes. The car was nothing like we have seen before! It was clean and sleek and with all of the clear and detailed instruction provided by the company, it was easy for us to navigate around the Tesla, inside and out! The car was in great condition! At the end of our trip, Bill accommodated for us by allowing us to return the car at the car charging station instead of making us wait for it to charge and then returning it to the original pick up spot. All in all, we would rent from this company again and we highly suggest that others do as well!!

This was the VERY first time I have used Turo. I will definitely be using it again because of Jackson. Jackson was wonderful! He was punctual, and the communication was phenomenal. The car was great. I didn't have any issues at all the entire time with it. Opal (the car) was clean, reliable, had amazing gas mileage, and she was packed to the teeth with 'in case' emergency supplies. Luckily, none of it was needed, but it gave me peace of mind. I HIGHLY recommend renting this car with Jackson! You will not be disappointed!

I rented this car because my GTI needed engine work right before our trip. This car was quite a lot of fun. I'm a big VDUB/AUDI fan boy so this car was right up my alley and easy to drive. It's fast, sounds great and looks even better. I had numerous people come up to me and talk to me about it. Be prepared to drive this car like you would any lowered car... With care! Owner and owners friend were very clear and communicative. Car does like it's oil so it must be checked often as in every fill up. This is a known issue with this engine specifically at higher mileage but very easy to manage of course. Thank you for making our vacation a blast!

Had a fantastic trip out to the coast in back in the Model 3 dual motor. Ruff Rentals provided a very fun car, the easiest pickup & drop-off I can imagine, and great communication. I'll definitely be renting from them again next time I'm around Portland.

Ruff Rentals LLC has a Tesla Rental experience that rivals large rental car companies like National or Silver Car by Audi. Excellent communication, the car was available and was just as advertised, fully charged, clean and new. The check in process and staging of the car was really quick and cool. Returning the car was just as efficient and easy. I had fun driving this car even though it was set to chill mode and had no autopilot. The people who own the car were friendly and available. It was a very professional and as advertised experience !

I needed a car quickly after failing to find a working DC fast charger for my eGolf in the area. Bill was extremely helpful before and during my trip. The Model 3 was beautiful, fun, and worried flawlessly. I was able to use the Woodburn Supercharger at up to 115kW. Would definitely rent again!

Sooooo, This was by far the best renting experience I have ever had. Driving a 104k vehicle at a super reasonable rate that won’t even get me a bicycle this days., feels awesome! Bill was extremely helpful and patient w explaining how his rocket works! I can have a few recommendations but this does not hurt his 10 out of 10 rating; popular magnet phone holder so people can use their gps instead of Tesla’s which does suck and maybe a short hand made operations manual on how to charge that thing and where. This will be helpful for both parties. And as I already said earlier, of you are choosing who to rent from , be sure it’s this place, you CANNOT go wrong with Bandon Capital !!!
