Do we have to clean the car when returning?
The Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.
If the car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest purchasing the post-trip cleaning option which is only about $20 for most cars.

Is there smoking permitted in the car?
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled?
The Car will always come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with each cars’ correct gas grade as specified in the car’s details. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Will car come activated with toll pass?
Our cars do not come equipped with the Toll Pass. Although, you can still take the toll roads and we will just request reimbursement, for the Toll bill and any other fees that apply, once we receive the Toll Letter in the mail.
Are pets allowed in the car?
Unfortunately, at this time, due to guest allergies, we do not allow any pets in our cars. Stay tuned as we may update this policy in the future.
What should I do if I get a ticket?
You are responsible to pay the tickets at your own expense.
If we receive the ticket later (I.e. a red light camera ticket) you will be responsible for the ticket amount and any other additional penalties and fees.
We will notify you as soon as we receive the Ticket
How will I pick-up the car?
If you provided us with Airline and Flight number, we will be tracking your flight in case you arrive early or there’s any delays. Although, we are tracking your flight, please text us through the Turo App once you land.
When you exit the airport please on the level just outside the baggage claim area, please look at the Pillars and tell us which Pick-up zone number.
We will meet you there at the pick-up zone shortly after.
Normally we will be waiting for you just outside the airport in the cellphone waiting lot, since there is no waiting in the Pick-up zone area, only quick loading and unloading of passengers.
**Please Do Not follow the signs for Ride Share Apps. We are not a ride share service and are not allowed in that area, thank you for your understanding.**
How will I drop-off the car?
As you approach the airport please follow the signs for Departures.
We will meet you at Departures under your airline sign at the end of your trip’s time. If you would to make any other arrangements for drop-off time, notify us within 24 hrs of trip ending.
**If we are not there upon your arrival, please call us immediately. Do not leave the car unattended in the Departures loading area, this will result in towing of the car and you will be responsible for all fees that apply.**
What should I do if I need immediate help with the car?
If it’s an emergency call 911 Immediately.
