  • Do you have any specific policy that overrides Turo's
    Yes, everything that affects the car or the passengers in it during the rental period is the guest's responsibility..this includes any illegal activity or activities that cause damage, harm, or loss of life
  • Will I get points for traffic violations ?
    Yes, any speeding, parking or other traffic violations during the rental period, will result in points that affect the guest who rented the car
  • Do I have to pay parking or speeding or other tickets ?
    Yes, you are liable to pay all tickets incurred during your rental period
  • Do I have to wash the car before dropping it back
    You do not have to wash the car if it is slightly dusty or became dirty from rain and weather, but you'll have to wash it when it's extremely dirty from the way you used it
  • Do I have to fill it up upon dropping it back ?
    Photos of the tank status are sent to Turo before taking the car and you're expected to bring the car back at the same level or pay full tank upon dropping it back ($35)
  • Can I have pets on the car ?
    NO, this is a pet-free car ..due to allergies, any violations will be charged to the guest, depending on the financial damage incurred from sickness die to allergy and loss of income etc..
  • I have a communicable disease or illness like Cholera or Ebola can i still rent you car ?
    NO, the health and safety of other guests and the car owner is non-negotiable, we advise that you wait till your illness gas cleared, violations will be charged to the guest depending on the damage
  • Can I eat and drink in the car
    Preferably not..aside from light snacking and dry food like sandwiches etc..jam ..milk..sodas and other stains on the upholstery will be charged $50
  • Can I use the car to Uber or sublet it to another person or party ?
    NO, with NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Is the car suitable for babies and kids ?
    No, There are no child seats in the car
  • How will you detect dents or scratches?
    The car is always assesed inside out before pick up. Photos are sebt to Turo and it will be reassessed after drop off
  • Can I rent the car on a probationary license
    NO, if Turo approved you despite your probationary license, you will be denied check-in and you will still pay the rental fee

Carl’s car was extremely clean and perfect for my weekend trip. Carl was also really helpful about communicating ahead of time about the plan to pick up the car, and he was flexible to meet me when I arrived a bit early. He was a pleasure to meet! I’d rent his car from him again in the future.
