Car reeked of cigarette smell. The stench was so bad I had to drive with the windows down. Owner did not clean the car before our arrival once we got there he asked if we wanted him to take it to get washed but said it would take 30 minutes for the car wash to get it done. We did not have the time to wait and so we were forced to use a smelly, dirty car. Also the car horn did not work and was a big safety concern as we were driving it daily. Being from out of state and under 25 we had no choice but to stick with the vehicle. Turo only offered us a $35 dollar credit to use on our next booking which is absolutely pointless because I’ll never use this service again due to the horror that I suffered. Once bringing this to their attention they said there was nothing else they could do for me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Thank you for the car that I rented. Guys did a great job, keeping it clean and making my trip smooth. I will definitely come back to the same guys in the future. Once again thanks to Alexander and his crew.

So overall this was a good rental. Couple of things to keep in mind. The pickup lot is hidden behind another business, so not easy to find and there is no sign. We ended up taking Lyft to and from the lot so add $10-15 each way on top of the rental amount. I called the shuttle that was recommended but they had just left the terminal. After drop off I'm not sure how you'd catch the shuttle back to the airport. Also watch your Turo messges/email the day of/before your rental as they sent me a msg with a new number to contact him and I didn't see it. The phone number on the listing itself didn't work. So we had to wait awhile and call Turo support to get in contact when we arrived at the lot. The car itself was nice, clean, and in good condition.
