Cleaner than some rental cars!

Andrew was great to work with! Just not sure I'll go this route again, as pickups and returns with regular rental cars are more convenient, vehicles are almost new and pricing not much different.

Clean car, great mpg's and David was easy to communicate with and very helpful! I will reach out to him for my next Indy car rental!

Mike was a great! He made my first experience with turo simple and easy. I rented his Kia Soul which was very clean and drove perfectly. Bryan’s MKZ was pretty cool to drive around for a couple days. We booked the car for a conference my wife needed to attend out of town and it handled the interstate miles great! We’ll look for Bryan’s car the next time we have a trip like this.

My trip was a visit to Purdue University, first time to visit the school and my daughter. I have been disabled for a year and wanted to save on my expenses, naturally. I chose Andrew's offering because of the low price. While the car is an older vehicle, it was meticulously maintained. It was clean, smelled good, and handled well. Oh, and the miles per gallon was fabulous. Because it is a "throwback" compared to today's vehicles, Andrew had taken care of many things, making the car as versatile as a new car. He had cords for iPhones, and a double USB plug as well, and holders for the phone to see the gps or whatever maps I would use while driving. As a bonus the radio/media was nice, and the speakers were good. All in all it was a nice find.

The 2013 Camry we rented worked out fine. No issues, car performed as expected. Great tires.

Well, first time trying out Turo. I wasn't even in Indianapolis three hours and somebody stole the dang Prius! What a nightmare come true! Talk about throwing a major wrench in my work trip. David was a champ. He made came right away to fill out a police report and pick up the key FOB late at night. Turo was 0 help and treated me like I was the criminal that stole it. David was willing to lend me another car, but Turo refused pending an "investigation". Nobody from Turo showed up for said investigation and I was stranded trying to find rides and a different rental. Thank you ALAMO! David, thank you. The Prius was beautiful for the 30 minites I drove it. If it is found and my deceased boss's posters are in it bu some miracle please call me.

David was so awesome. He responded quickly and made me feel safe and secure while borrowing his car. The car was perfect for our weekend and I will definitely be looking forward to using again if available.

Andrew was very friendly and accommodating, going out of his way to help me through issues with my old phone not supporting the app. Really appreciated that he met us at the airport upon return, which made for a convenient, lightning-fast check in. Goldie was great, lots of get up and go, a new friend I will rely on for future trips to visit my son in college.

Michael made this a perfect Turo experience. He was very prompt, very quick with all communication, and made the entire delivery and drop off very simple. I am a first time ever Turo user. I have for years used Dollar rental car company as a loyal "Dollar Express" member for years. I was VERY apprehensive about using Turo, but what you pay in airport tax fees, etc with the big rental car companies is truly ridiculous. Moreover, all the rental car company rates keep going up and up. I was planning a trip to the midwest for a month, and I contacted David about renting his Prius vehicle for my said trip. Being a first time Turo user, I had a lot of questions, and David was the utmost respectful and BEYOND patient taking the time to answer everyone of my questions prior to my even renting the vehicle. He is a GREAT communicator and very prompt in responding. Thus, I went ahead and rented said vehicle, and David made everything so easy from pick-up to drop-off. The car was "GREAT!!!" So efficient and so well kept. David even had new tires put on it prior to my rental for the full month. I drove Indianapolis to Cincy to Columbus to Cleveland and back to Indianapolis for my month trip in the midwest visiting family/relatives. Total gas i put in David's awesome, efficient vehicle was a total of $61.00. I drive at home a "gas guzzling," and "money drinking" SUV, and I have now become a BIG Prius fan. David's car is EXCELLENT, and you cannot go wrong booking with David. He is a GREAT communicator, beyond POLITE and COURTESY. I will be a REPEAT customer of David's vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend him. Andrew’s Camry was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive with impeccable instructions. There were several small dings but nothing that bothered us on the car. This was our first Turo rental but it won’t be our last! Will look for Andrew next time we’re in Indianapolis.

This is a very nice car for the money. It is very classy inside and out. It had all the necessary things like gps, bluetooth etc. Bryan left 2 phone chargers for us too which we always find we need! We had to change drop off and pick up times due to Hurricane Dorian and Bryan couldn’t have been more flexible. I would definitely get this car again if I came back to Indianapolis.

This was my first time renting through Turo, and it was a great experience! I liked that I was dealing with a individual and not a big box company treats you like a number. David was great at communicating and was very helpful with all questions even though the app was not working for me. Car was cool! No problems. Would definitely use this service and David again if the opportunity presented itself.

I made a deal with my wife that if we were going to drive to visit her dad 90 min away from Indy, we needed to rent a cool car. The Tesla delivered. Loved the autopilot feature and how techie the whole vehicle was!! Patrick made our first experience on Turo a breeze!

I was in PHL flying to IND and decided about an hour before departure I wanted a car. The big rental companies were no help, but David made it happen. Before the plane left the ground, the car was reserved. David provided detailed instructions to pick up the car in the parking garage and I was off. The only hiccup was the app crashing! The value-for-dollar of this experience is unmatched. A line-in cable to the radio and USB charging port were also provided in the clean, fully-fueled vehicle. It was my first time experience with Turo and David as my first car experience. can I triple the 5 star experience? this was far the best experience I have ever had. the communication was by far the best. david was awesome in keeping in touch with me. the wow factor is picking up the car at the airport. It can't get any better than that. the was very clean and drove very nicely around the city to from all destinations. and the drop off was great as well as the closing procedures. very simple very quick and very easy. David could not have made it easier. The car was exactly where it needed to be when I needed it, and the pickup process was much easier and faster than going through a rental service at the airport. David even included the cost for the parking lot in the fee, so there was a $10 bill waiting for me when I picked the car up. This was a small touch that made it clear to me I was in for a good experience. The car was as-advertised. It drove well and got great gas mileage, and was spotless when I picked it up. Even had an aux cord all plugged in for me to use. I’d definitely rent from David again if I’m going to Indianapolis!

David was accommodating and a great communicator. He'a got a great system for pick up and drop off at the airport and I had no trouble finding the car. I would highly recommend this rental. There was a slight shimmy when speeds exceeded 55. He offered to get it taken care of while we had the car, but I was unable to respond until after we completed the trip. I'm sure he'll get it taken care of before next rental.

I could not agent a rental car from the normal agencies for my trip. David’s Honda Insight made this trip haste free and convent. The car gets awesome gas mileage and David was a great communicator!

I had a great experience renting Trey's Regal. He provided detailed instructions regarding pickup/dropoff, which ended up being easy and convenient. The car was perfect for what I needed it for and the option to have free parking in downtown was a nice perk.

I rented this car as a surprise for my husband for Father’s Day. It was a hit and he loved it. The car was immaculate and super fun to drive! Sean was great to work with and the online app made the whole process smooth. If you want to add a driver to your rental, have them set up a Turo account before you add them. It makes it easier. I am giving 5 stars simply because Trung handled everything well and all went well in the end and I saved a little money. But my review is a bit mixed because without the $25 first trip discount I would not have saved enough money to prefer this option over a standard rental agency. Also, while Trung's car is fine for your city needs, I cannot recommend using a Smart Car on the highway - especially not in the rain and wind (my experience) and absolutely not if there had been ice or snow. Maybe that is already obvious to most people, but I wanted to know how a smart car would do, so that was part of the experience, but I will not be seeking one to buy or borrow again.

My first experience with turo was great. Andrew had the car there in plenty of time, gave clear instructions, and was very helpful throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend his vehicle to anyone who is looking for transportation in the Indianapolis area.

Andrew was an amazing host! The car was clean and drove amazing. I routinely drove from the south side up to the north side and barely saw the gas meter move, excellent gas mileage! Andrew was very easy to contact, and very accommodating to any changes. This was my first Turo trip, and it certainly won’t be my last.
