Ryan is an excellent host his commucation skills are good best experience i have ever gotten from renting on turo my first time renting on turo for the first time wasnt very good but i gotta say the way Ryan organizing time to introduce himself and makes renting car a breeze is very well. some factors i like most about the chevrolet volt it is a very quiet car the batterry level doesnt last too long but it has both battery and gas. I also like the fact that Ryan is quick at responding and very understanding when you need more time with the rental car.

The car itself was fun and easy to drive. Very clean. Eric's communication was fast and efficient and he was very understanding. Being from out of state we didn't realize how far outside of Portland/PDX airport it was. So keep that in mind, if you are mainly going to be in Portland. Finding the car on the street was also a bit of an adventure.

Great rental experience, Ryan was helpful, communicative and a nice guy. The car was extremely clean and fully charged on pick-up.

Tai was very communicative about the car and time, and flexible about a swap when the car was great but I was looking for something sporty. This car is definitely on the side of luxury. It drives very smooth and has power when you want it, but don’t expect to get thrown back in your seat. The sound system is kind of finicky and Bluetooth audio wouldn’t work on two newer phones, neither would SoundCloud through the USB- only my downloaded music would play. Previous renters were late to drop off so I got it late but that was out of his control and he let me know with good updates about his arrival time. The car was not clean because he did not have time due to the late return, but he offered to reimburse me for a wash. Altogether, the car was very comfortable and drives great. Tai was very flexible and communicative. I would absolutely rent again if I’m looking for a luxurious and comfortable ride.

Fantastic car(Jaguar F-Type R) and easy rental process again with Harry. Fast to respond and flexible with times, he made the process smooth and pickup/return was very easy. Handles great in the rain and gets a lot of attention if that’s what you like!

His location was close to mine which made it very convenient. Car was clean, safe and an ease to drive. I highly recommend Kyle's services & if/when needed again, I will use his service. Car was easy to pick up & return was simple. Remote DIY via text & lock box. Easy to text communication. Car was reliable and good gas mileage. It was pretty clean. Wish it had cruise control, but all in all, was great for my trip

The Audi was good. Not mentioned in the listing but it has the sport differential option. Katherine was flexible which helped to make the trip enjoyable!

First use of Turo. Thomas is a life saver after the rental company neglected to inform us ahead of time there would be a 200 dollar hold for the rental we already paid for. We did not have sufficient funds to accommodate this surprise hold. So again, this was a life saver. Plus I felt good driving a Mercedes.

Great fun little car that got me where I needed to go for errands and work. Pickup and drop off was quick and pretty easy with a lock box. Sound system is nice, and the remote start function is great for colder mornings to let the car heat up a tiny bit. Would rent again for a fun weekend!

Everything was great! It’s super fun driving a plug in electric hybrid too - Ryan provides all the charging cards you need and an app to find chargers. It requires a little planning if you can’t charge at home, but it’s an interesting and fun experience. I really liked not having to go to the gas station! In a month’s time I only filled up the gas tank once - when I returned it.

I don't have any negative remarks about Thomas, the transaction was smooth and effortless. I personally don't like the way the smart car drives, there was an annoying lag in the transmission between gears. Other than that minor annoyance it was a perfect car to get around the city and outlying areas. Thank you!

He walked me through how to do the initial and post inspection since I was new to the app. The leather seats and moonroof were fun features for my kid and the hybrid mileage was amazing.
