Pick up and drop off from LAX valet is a mess. People working there are not the type that would leave one wanting to use this service again. Also, the car was clearly not well taken care of. Drives terrible (have enjoyed driving maseratis previously). The person providing the car was excellent with communication and timing, and hence leaving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2

So, obviously I here to give my best and honest rating on this vehicle. In short , I had a 6am meet time host was not there after some time, I msgd. host via app, no reply so I contacted Turo Support. Host was contacted apologized and met me about 25 minutes later at meet point. Upon inspection, vehicle was physical dirty outside and as well as the inside. Host apologized and I was asked if I would get car washed, they would reimburse me. Which I did. Gas was a little bit above half way not full as expected. Minor scratches on rims, hood including average wear tear as far as appearance. Host told me one tire needed air which was apparent per the TPS icon on the dash. When I went to get air for tire. The tires read 29, 30, 30, 32psi indicating that they all were low on air with the max psi reading 51psi per tire. After putting appropriate air in all tires. Tire light indicators turned off. After hours into trip I noticed tires in rear were lacking in tread, like almost bald and definitely needed to be changed. At freeway speeds steering wheel shook slightly sometimes. And one reverse light was out which was brought to my attention by a random person. The most annoying part was that the alarm would go off at random hours of the day or night for no apparent reason. This happened on both days I rented the car. As far as meeting the host he was really nice, knowledgeable and accommodating towards the end of my trip, with me wanting to return the vehicle earlier than what was originally scheduled. I know it sounds like I’m being hard but I’m just being honest and stating the facts. I not a picky person. But If I’m dishing out money to rent a vehicle, my expectations should be met from a customer standpoint. Especially, when renting an exotic car. This vehicle has been on a lot of trips and it shows. Please understand that I lean towards in favor of rental cars but, the maintenance should be up to par. So I have to ding on The following, communication, punctuality, cleanliness, and minor safety. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine should you choose to go with the this vehicle.
